How to Make Personalized MicroSIM-to-SIM Adapter!

- Here's how to make your own personalized MicroSIM-to-SIM adapter by recycling your old credit cards!
Note - My SIM slot on my Galaxy Note i717 is broke currently because of those cheap China-made microSIM adapters got stuck and broke pins. While it's an easy fix, don't let this happen to you, if you switch your micro SIM to a regular SIM often. Can be even more expensive on devices that don't have SIM slot in the back, could cause $50-200 repair damage. Worse, u will be out of a phone until you get it fixed. Will have another video on how to fix broken SIM slots though.
You will need:
1 MicroSIM Stamp: amzn.to/Ulfdbd
1 Scissor
1 Swiss Knife
1 Old Credit Card or any plastic card.

Yeah because every household has one of those laying around. If im about to head out and buy a damn stamp i might as well just buy the sim adapter instead.

I just jammed my sim card adapter and BAM you have a video just what i need it for. I ended up using a steak knife to push the prongs down but your video will save a lot of people grief.

When and if my sim gets stuck I tend to use twizzers to get it out one of those good ones that really grips well.

Wish I would have seen this video earlier. Two weeks ago I bought a Microsim adapter from T-Mobile and it broke two of my phones. It got stuck and it wouldn't read my Note and GS2.

Nah, the installation by hand took about less than half a hour to get it replaced. Being a engineer is my hobby.
I used scotch tape on the other side to hold the card into place and left a "tail" of scotch tape to keep it from being jammed into the phone.

My dad broke a piece of plastic of a card thing and stuffed it in the slot with the sim and it somehow worked lol
Please explain
greg webster he cut of a piece of plastic from an old liscemse card. It's about 1/3 cm wide and slightly taller than the sim. Put it on the left side and place them in, the card piece will keep it from falling out.
Ok so instead of a adapter he cut a slit of card to place in and on the left side of where your sim would go and then placed your nano sim in to the right of 1/3 of centimeter cut piece and it worked. If so it is a great idea if I got it correctly from your reply.
