Devon has to be my absolute favorite LEO. He always makes very educated decisions, is very tactical in his choice of words and conversations, and keeps the scenarios very realistic.
Good pursuit for a school bus driver. Please note, when Commander Devon stops his car to arrest you on gun point, that unit who came after him did not switch on his police lights and that is the reason the AI cars hit the charger and almost killed commander Devon. Please let the officers know that while stopping on a highway they should always switch on their police lights. Nice civ video though. All the cops handled this situation to perfection, they were dedicated in stopping that bus with full honesty.
You know Devon has some really really good moments, that shows he has some fantastic RP ability and knowledge. Then there’s occasions where he seems to lack or revert down to the majority of the server and the other officers level of ability or lack there of. Would love to see another server level added for you guys, where it’s only the people who know what they’re doing 100% of the time. That way you don’t see good RPers getting sucked into the failRP or unlegit fold that exists.

I feel like when you're alone, you and the police do much more legit cooperative role playing that doesn't involve so much contest or anger; it's just about the nice interactions and a joyful cat and mouse game with a chase that just aims to make everybody happy.

Might be a dumb question.. But whenever you do certain RP's, do you have to tell the police or anyone what they might expect or what to look for? Or do you just kinda let the RP play out and see what happens?

Realistically some bus driving companies have drivers go out and just drive the route. Just to practice and get used to the route. During both winter and summer breaks I still see buses out driving around, doing their thing. So Devon is both right and wrong about the driving during non-school hours.
It was the original reasons for the stop. Devon could claim that Jeff's character is a murderer... but then only write him a ticket for reckless driving. He can say whatever he wants... it may make him look a bit unprofessional for using his own logic instead of facts, but it beats just letting the whole "notification that school was cancelled" slip. Jeff specifically threw that out there as a bone to the police officers to pull him over. But in the end, he got pulled over for separate reasons. And so, Devon just brought it up and questioned him. Can't expect a police officer to know bus procedure.Hell, the superintendent of the district's schools probably doesn't even know the bus procedure. Not to mention, the schools were canceled for the weather. Usually, the only time schools are canceled for weather is because of the buses not being able to run in the conditions of the weather.

rockstar needs to have an school update that puts in a actual sschool bus and adds schools that you could run and maybe have it secretly be a drug business with the kids as the workers
