hi Marula. this is the most MEDITATIVE ACT I have seen...while watching this on UA-cam, I felt like I was also breathing with her. Thoughts on the IMPORTANCE OF BALANCE in my life kept surfacing. Balance even in the midst of extreme anger and pain - which prevents one from acting out one's anger - because you have and are always in touch with the peaceful side of your being. Balance when you have so much work to do and you know how to find your way back to the resting or taking breaks, pausing. Balance when you have to listen to both your heart and mind. Balance when you have become so convinced of something and you do not like or want to listen to others anymore. Balance, when you have been unkind to your body - eating what is not helpful to your body and finding the strength to return to what promotes good health. Balance....in so many aspects in life. May we find our path - somewhere in the middle without becoming apathetic towards those in situations of extreme suffering...for balance does not mean apathy. Balance leads, I suppose, to more compassion to self and others, including nature and Mother Earth. Thank you for this meditative performance. P.S. May I know the title of the background music?
It's amazing body movement on how grace as light as a feather could balance our actions, thoughts, even the movement of breathing could balance our life by the Grace of God. at the right moment.....
Every matter of life, even our life itself is standing on a single point of balance.... If it disturbs... It will disturb everything.... If we could understand that point... Our life be quite blessed
