This Gi Joe haul is amazing! About 3 years ago I found a box of about 15 joes and 6 or 7 vehicles everything just about complete for $10. It got me right back into collecting the 3 3/4 joes and now here I am over 300 figures later lol.
Amazing GI Joe find there! Definitely keep it, you will regret it otherwise. As a fellow GI Joe lover and collector I am totally blown away by the quality of this find.
Kids parents had no idea what his old toys were worth, or maybe that kid forgot he has them and is now a bigtime money man with a job across the Country.
@@HermannTheGreat I was thinking the same thing, you can't blame the mom though. But if guys like these pulled this crap on my mom, oh man.... and than posted it on youtube... oh my god. I had to unsubscribe because of that, that was just cold blooded.
The Bridge Layer was my first GI Joe vehicle I bought as a kid. Remember getting it at the Eaton Centre in Toronto and playing in the hotel. Still have a massive collection bagged at my parents house, guess I should have a look at it.
SeeJayAre my neighbor had the aircraft carrier and the GI Joe base and double of most vehicles. He had a satellite dish in the 80s with every channel. We though he was rich cause his Dad owned a milk trucking company. Lol
That is an awesome find. I am a huge GI Joe fan, and you are right, you are easily looking at over $1,000 worth of GI Joe right there. And the nostalgia may be worth even more.
As soon as you started to show the vehicles I was overwhelmed with memories. I think me and my brother had most of those. Wow!!! Might still be in my Dads garage. Thanks and congrats on the great score.
One of the big value factors with the wave 1 of the figures (ones that the elbow does not twist in/out) is having their thumbs intact. Alot of the old joes suffered from broken thumbs due to kids jamming guns in their hands. I am jealous of so many of those old joes... Great find, if you are on the fence I would hold off on selling them. I think you would regret it if you did. They also make little stud plates that you can stand the joes on for displaying.
I have all my original joes including the Terror Drome and Mobile Command Center, and a bunch from garage sales my brother picked up for me in the 90s. I regained interest when the 25th anniversary series came out but when the 2nd movie figures hit, I stopped collecting them, but am actually satisfied with my collection. Definitely keep what you found, they are timeless and the best action figures ever made.
What an amazing haul! You hit the jackpot! Two original Snake Eyes! Oh man I would have lost it! Way to go! Hope you keep that stuff forever! It is worth it!
Keep those Joes! I'm a Joe junkie myself, have a GI Joe room for my collection and love the hobby. That is a pretty great haul for $20 for sure. I would have been over the moon myself! Everything looks great. Shoot, an unbroken Bridgelayer is worth the $20 right there and your Storm Shadow looks amazingly white which is rare. Like I said, keep it, play with it with the boys and continue to garage sale for them...if not for me then (I just followed your site about a week or two ago and enjoy it). You better start making room for a USS Flagg right now so when you find one😀.
Found a bundle of 3 of these 800 xl's last summer, 3 drives and about 40 games. I got in contact with a few people on Atari Age and they are pretty uncommon/rare. Some of them are quite sought after for modding, as they have sockets to add ram. I don't recall off hand but I think the ones from Taiwan are the ones people pay more for, the sticker where it was made is at the back. The power supplies are notoriously bad, 50/50 they will be toast. I plugged one in and it blew a fuse inside the computer and gave me a black screen with rolling bars. There are some guys in Oakville really into these, ended up getting about $500 in trades for the bundle, it's a pretty good flip but might require some time to find a taker as it's so niche.
ive cant even remember the last time Ive seen any GIjoes at a garage sale. back in the day they were everywhere before EBAY. I used to find Gijoe at the flea market to. But havent seen any in years.
I found 2 huge 3ft tall boxes filled to the brim of G.I.Joe figures, vehicles, and the USS Flagg Aircraft carrier. The guy didn't know what he had....I paid $5 for everything. I almost crapped!! I'll be spending forever replacing the o-rings because its hundreds of figures lots of doubles and weapons & backpacks.
Funny thing 'bout the Good the Bad and the ugly soundtrack... My wife and I know the son of the whistle tune you whistled... They have the same name (junior/ senior) Alessandro Alessandroni... Senior passed in March this year (R.I.P).
I was always amazed by the Bridge Layer. Of all the Joe vehicles it always struck me as the most absurd and unrealistic. Then I grew up and found out it was a real vehicle :O
i have always wanted to get my gi joes back! man you got lucky. That is an awesome start to your collection i would just sell duplicates and start a good collection!
Most of the ones that you thought are complete arent unless there parts are in that pile, the only one that looked complete is the vamp jeep but i couldnt tell if the steering wheel was still there
This video was worth the wait. If the cobra commander and all of them are original they are worth a ton. I used to go to a place called zerns every weekend, it was a flea market. But they had old g.i. Joes so I would collect them.but now since I don't have my old ones I bought some newer ones a while ago. I love g.i joe
That's a fantastic G.I. Joe Pick up. I have all mine still from when I was a kid. I'd love to have the ORCA complete or the USS Flag.. that's something the boys would love. Where are you researching your GI JOE information at?
No, replacing the orings does not decrease the value. You just have to be careful and not snap the crotches. A Duke crotch snaps the easiest. That's a nice pickup btw! $1k..not sure about that. Maybe.... Yojoe.com will be your friend for sure!
A bunch of them are straight arms, a couple Snake Eyes, hooded Cobra Commander, 2 Destros... The crotch snapped on my v2 Snake Eyes (I'll try crazy glue)
Gi joe pick up is insane I would probably keep them I had alot of those figures. Only had the APC and the bridge. All my toys from my childhood mysteriously disappeared. He-man, GI Joe and tmnt.
bridgelayer. Hiss tank. Mobat tank. apc carrier. Vamp Jeep. the small WHite vehicle is Sgt Slaughters vehicle. Ill take the Cobra SOldier if u want to sell it.lol. U should collect them for sure. I collected GIjoe for many years because I missed all my favorite toys. A few years ago I sold most of them. I regret it and plan on rebuying a bunch of them again. I do have 2 minty Crimson Guards.
Sell the G.I. Joes on Craigslist. You'll get so many local buyers. Check prices on eBay to guide yourself on how much these action figures and vehicles are being sold on the market. Good luck and Yo Joe!
If you lived near Parkersburg West Virginia there is a place that buys old toys and it's called classic plastics. It's on market street in Parkersburg. The owner might be interested in the gi joes and he doesn't try to cheat you. That's the only place I know of. Your pick ups are always great enjoy watching your videos and your finds!
you are a lucky sucker!i watch all these hauls of your and wish i could be that lucky. ive been trying to find any game systems, gijoes, transformes things like that that i lost when our house burned down and cant find diddly crap. lol
I actually have Two on card brand new sealed Accessory packs that have missiles and things like that, there pretty mint I could send you them since I really enjoy the Channel and Gamer Alleys, I collect gaming stuff so there really random in my collection.
The 800xl was one of the best Atari computers. good find at a great price with that good selection of games! the old 400 and 800 (non XL) had two cartridge slots. most games were all left slot, a few utility and such games were right slot.
SeeJayAre if I were you I would keep it. Your $1000 estimate I would say is accurate. That Scarlet, V2 snake eyes, the v1 cobra commander, those if you have complete will easily bring you 30 - 50 each on eBay. You've got the file cards for most of them which is awesome and the vehicles don't look far away from being complete. You basically have an instant collection that if you don't need to make money off of should keep for you and the kids. Also go ahead and replace the O-rings, that's a perfectly acceptable practice. Just be careful not to strip the screws when you do. Just an amazing pick up!

I love GI.Joe! What an awesome score SeeJayAre! The same thing happened to me when I came across a tub full of the 1982-1987 Joes. The collector bug bit me. I would say the 1,000 estimate is over. Probally closer to 500. It all comes down to condition. They sold a lot of G.I.Joes in the 80's so they are much more common then people think. If the cobra insignia on cobra trooper chest is mint and the paint is not worn for example can be the difference between 3 dollars and 30 dollars. Definitely a plus having the file cards.I'd say the lot is worth 500 but that's not seeing them up close so in an auction on eBay selling them they could go higher. Been collecting and selling them for awhile now and I am still surprised what people will pay for mint stuff when they really want it. Keep them! You only paid 20 bucks so that's a gift right there telling you to collect more stuff!lol
Gi joe was always my favorite line up of toys more so than transformers but I collected for both back then and it was way cheaper to buy for now it way inflated
I didn't watch your video yet but if you got all those Joes for $ 20 outstanding! I just sold over 1000 lose pieces on EBay for $3600 so I know for sure you can get some very outstanding $$$$ profit!!
dude don't be stupid keep each and everyone of them bro basically you got them for free I love GI Joe figures since I now have a house now I'm looking to get back into them but don't let them go dude the price don't get rid of them not for nothing never peace bro Im happy for you
Thanks for the continued support! Let's get Matt to 2,000 subs...
SeeJayAre Thank YOU AND MATT for making awesome and entertaining videos!!
sounds good. lets get me to 3000 while were at it =]

My parents sold all my childhood stuff in the early 90s ... the sheer value of items now would have been colossal .
Watching how pumped you got after realizing all of the characters were in the 2nd bag... priceless
That GI Joe Jeep was the first thing I ever bought with money that I had saved in my bank account as a kid. Oh the glory days.
Amazing GI Joe find there! Definitely keep it, you will regret it otherwise. As a fellow GI Joe lover and collector I am totally blown away by the quality of this find.
I wonder if the kid who's mom sold all his beloved GI JOE'S, for a 20 dollar bill, will ever see this.. probably be pretty bummed out
Kids parents had no idea what his old toys were worth, or maybe that kid forgot he has them and is now a bigtime money man with a job across the Country.
My dad sold my NES + games and everything 5 years ago at a garage sale and I still can’t get over it
@@HermannTheGreat I was thinking the same thing, you can't blame the mom though. But if guys like these pulled this crap on my mom, oh man.... and than posted it on youtube... oh my god. I had to unsubscribe because of that, that was just cold blooded.
I'd keep them for $25 it's a huge score, I add a glass cabnet to the games room to show off the collection.
The Bridge Layer was my first GI Joe vehicle I bought as a kid. Remember getting it at the Eaton Centre in Toronto and playing in the hotel. Still have a massive collection bagged at my parents house, guess I should have a look at it.
The only thing I wanted more was the USS Flag aircraft carrier.
SeeJayAre my neighbor had the aircraft carrier and the GI Joe base and double of most vehicles. He had a satellite dish in the 80s with every channel. We though he was rich cause his Dad owned a milk trucking company. Lol

Always love seeing a new video , great quality as always , and that must be one of the best gi joe hauls ever ... Once again very jealous
The last figure was from the Gundam series also, but it's the basic "enemy" type character, that's why it doesn't look like the other two Gundam.
Thanks, great figures...
One of the big value factors with the wave 1 of the figures (ones that the elbow does not twist in/out) is having their thumbs intact. Even for $25 that Atari computer bundle is nothing to sneeze at Jay,
The GI Joe score... watch out the Gane Chasers don't try to rob ya. 😂
What an amazing haul! You hit the jackpot! Two original Snake Eyes! Oh man I would have lost it! Way to go! Hope you keep that stuff forever! It is worth it!
I will be doing this all year. I love finding good deals on vintage toys and games. Great show 😀
Keep the Joe's - it's an awesome find and great to play with them with your boys.
Great video, I am glad you started to show off more toys, games and vinyl.
Keep those Joes! I'm a Joe junkie myself, have a GI Joe room for my collection and love the hobby. That is a pretty great haul for $20 for sure. I would have been over the moon myself! Keep the GI Joes - I still have many of my figures etc from my Child-Hood!! Keep it!! Keep it!! Keep it!! 👍🏼
Those gi joe pickups are awesome! I really like your donkey kong mug also. lol
Yojoe.com has a good weapon identification guide. For figures and vehicles.
Oh! And KEEP THEM!!!! :) I use to sell my doubles on eBay and always put in the listing "O ring has been replaced" and would still sell them.
That's what I've been using, great site.
Happy to see you picked up one record. Great score overall!
