22:25 Tefal! We are thinking about you!
The guy with one hand operating the unguarded hydraulic press at 19:00 says it all.
Hard working man work under frightening circumstances.
Respect from Germany ❤️
Yes, thanks
I bet these workers consider themselves lucky to have jobs and be able to feed their families. And I bet people who buy those things at "great prices" never think about the atrocious working conditions the workers endure...
You should go there and help them
@paulb7334 what you being a twat for?
It's the west's way, ignorance is bliss on where or how it was made
No OSHA, EPA, or workman's comp for these guys. I hope you notice the lack of any safety equipment, fire suppression or ventilation. They are wearing sandals, no eye or hearing protection, Safety shields or welding goggles, respirators, only a few wear gloves. There's no fire extinguishers, eye wash stations, or first aid kits to be seen. All the equipment looks run down and unsafe. The human cost is high for a low price product, but we all pay for the pollution, but many of us prefer the cheap price than to buy something made here at home where regulations are enforced. Next time consider this video..
I buy that stuff, I thought about it and don't care. Just like how my betters shit on me and don't care.. lesson one of life, shit rolls down hill.
I#m still amazed that almost every intermediate product step lands on the floor, is treated like garbage and has to be picked up by hand again. Some organisation and containers would go a long way in saving time and lifting etc.
When I hit the Lottery I am going to send work boots and auto darkening welding hoods to every male in the country age 10 thru 80.
A kid told me back in middle school that he wasn't supposed to cover the tops of his feet because of religious purposes I don't know what religion he was but that's ridiculous if they have to have open-toed flip flops in a smelting Factory
Same bro
@@Underpar26I'd say Givin this Pakistan I'd say Muslim
LOOK! THEY’RE MAKING SPORT SAFETY SANDALS!!!!!!!!
What about all the under 10s working ? 😂
Flip flops and molten steel, a wonderful combination
Nice clean work space. No trip hazzards anywhere.
8:58 are they making candy corns?
Good ok
Respect for al the Guys, its hart work👍👍👍
Great job by all. Most interesting and amazing inventions. thank you. God bless these workers.
Good luck!
the recycle capital of the world, the safety aspect leaves a lot to be desired .
What safety??
31:16 Grinder cutting wheel has a chunk missing out of it. An unbalanced wheel can explode. No guard on the grinder. No eye protection. Mercenary action everywhere. If the wheel explodes they will just find another sucker to work for them.
Wearing slipper on the job is more amazing
I have mad respect for theses people. From what there working from and with and trun out such nice things. I think it's amazing 🤩
Us too!
@@bigskills2475 I know you guys are so good at what you do .
How many of these boys cry themselves to sleep at night from welding with poor to no eye protection?😢
@@vicferrari9380 i don't know about them but i know when i make this video . it was difficult to sleep at night for me
@@vicferrari9380 Yea its like having sunburned eyes welding without protection for ten minutes. When they get older they will really pay for it by not being able to see. I have foolishly burned my eyes a couple of times. Not to mention the burn on unprotected skin and the cancer it can cause.
NIH Approved Safety Sandals, Non Flammable dresses, Invisible safety glasses, proper venting f corrosive fumes ... Nothing but the best for these boys.
😂😂😂😂😂😂
Good!
Thanks!
These videos are so calming and inventive... fascinating
thanku soo much dear
31:25, did anyone notice the chunk missing out of that grinding wheel? That’s a frag grenade in the making
Same place, Did you notice the missing toes?
@@pennypackmtb2542 i was just about to say i dont think they are very mindful of safety because one worker is wearing sandals... crazy imo
@@edborrelli2786 It's not the workers fault. These countries exploit poverty for cheep labor. When companies move there manufacturing over seas, this is why their products can be made cheaper.
As an American, it is refreshing to see young men actually work and create useful things,🤒🤒🤒✌✌✌
Well said!
As an american i feel that these people will eventually want to stop being used like stolen mules!
So sad but oh so true. From CDN had a labourer said he did know how to use shovel.
Slave labor
these guys make it look like its easy! but we all know it ant love these guys to do this day in day out respect fullley🤑👍✌💪
Sehr saubere Firma.
*safety sandals
@@user-yv9zy6fo3lwhat do you mean? There was a perfectly safe burlap sack shielding that big motor. That should keep everyone free from danger
As an American, it is refreshing to see young men actually work and create useful things, instead of robbing liquor stores and stealing cars. Thank you for these videos!
Great point!
I agree but epa osha and i am sure many other alphabet agencies would shut every industry in the video down as fast as they could get in the door while at the same time blaming the us for all the worlds pollution !!! @@bigskills2475
You talking about brown people, slave labor
Hard working men making useful items from what we just throw out. Sure would be nice to see them better taken care of in regard to safety. Maybe even a table to work on instead of just the ground. My back hurts just watching this. Genius ideas to have come up with most of these processes. Good old equipment expertly operated. Nice work to all involved! Stay safe.
So true!
Yeah, these working conditions are despicable. It makes me sick to watch this. They are just trying to survive day to day. .....God help us
Stone Age methods, slave labor
Apart from their amazing skills with limited tools, I think the cleverest thing they do is sit comfortably in that squatting position of theirs. I tried it once and broke my kneecaps. 🤕
Baggie pants, large spinning wheels, cutting blades and sandals…what could possibly go wrong?
Glad to see they are all wearing safety shoes, eye-protection and gloves 🙂
in which scene of total video ?
@@bigskills2475that was sarcasm😳
The Flywheel is dangerus.😮
Amazing people at work seem a little dangerous in some areas, but they get their product completed with pride. I'll bet many, when they get home, have to wash dishes, babysit, clean the house, and cook dinner. What a life!🤪
Nice👌👌
Thanks 😊
Excellent Vedio. Thanks to these hard working brothers
So nice of you
Plenty of Jamajkas' boxide made this posible just like big airplanes everywhere. Aluminium !.
Very true
At 48:00 does anyone knows what he is making? re-wiring a motor may not be it!
I want a pair of those scissors he cut the old windings with!
I am glad to see they are wearing safety flip flops.and observing all safety precautions. If someone gets injured they just get another one.
I have nothing but respect for these guys. Fabricating with just the bare minimum. I manage a small "Mom & Pop" sheet metal shop most of my equipment is manually operated. When the shit hits the fan and the power goes out, I can still operate at 80% capacity.
This is The accident prevención. Gratula!
I tell you one thing these men earn every penny they make ,I give them credit and hard working chaps stay safe and please ware blesses if you can may God bless you hard working Souls ❤️💪🙏👍😀🦘🇦🇺🙏
love
Respect that these people are employed and using skills to manufacture products that are sold around the world, yes no modern machinery who cares people got jobs
Arbeitssicherheit Fehlanzeige. In Europa unmöglich.
So how many eye and hearing injuries each year? How much lost time/new training costs per year?
An open pit smelter...talk about dangerous...Those things are known to spit, boil over and explode under certain conditions...I'll just sit here 'n observe, thanks....The footage with these dudes feeding that archaic smelter at 3000 Deg F made me shiver....Jeesus, Mary 'n Joseph....
Great point!
Watching this video, good team work, I see work techniques that comply with work SOPs, thanks for sharing the video... always success "BIG ......."... Pekalongan, Central Java, Indonesia On
Glad you enjoyed it
Very harworking men. Fabricating everything with what we throw away. I realy enjoyed this great video.
very nice job guys 👍👍👌👌
Yes, lots of hitting. And throwing on the floors, plis.
They come a country that poor but they put out some fantastic things a lot of the stuff they make id love to be able to buy frim them . But haven't been able too . 😢
now that we work from home its okay to work in slippers and pajamas.
These men are forced to independently assess the risks and take care of their own safety. It doesn’t always work out, but it’s a necessary measure. We need to feed our family.
Wonderful!
Bahut hard work hai Bhai. Love from India
bravo...bravo...bravo...good job
7:45 what is that big cylinder of metal spinning around for?? Doesn't look right!
This here is Pakistan for you. If you are poor, you are on your own without any safety net, no social security, no regulations to safeguard labors. You lose life/limb, tough luck. One thing for sure, they are hardworking people and never seem to give up.
Well, I guess no one gives up on dying of hunger...
17:07 I wonder what happened to this guy's hand?
his hand was cut when he was new in this factory . but factory owner always help him
I was a trained OSHA Inspector for many years. I audited factories. None of these place would allowed to be open in the USA. No safety equipment at all in these places. Safety glasses, safety shoes, cloths, tripping hazards all over the place. Wow.
very hard working people,
INCREDIBLE STEEL CAPPED FLIP FLOPS AHAH.
13:14 love the protection door with the missing window… shutting the door with a huge whole 😂😂😂😂😂. Safety first
hahaha
At 19:00 I wonder how the guy lost his hand 😂😂
during work he lost
8:31 here, I remember my old engineer warning NEVER to wear an "90's MC HAMMER pants" near a big rotating machine....
thanku so much
nice work
Thanks for the visit
I but none of the workers will see old age , not having safe eye , foot protection the gases of the foundry will cause metal disease
Amazing as usual.
Ps. People all over the world are watching your video, It would be nice if you guys wearing some ...shoes.
Maybe one day!
Sun glasses for a welding mask...Right -On dude.....
Right?!
The guy running the hydraulic press 19:00 has already lost a hand! Sounds like a hydraulic press injury!
Third world technology and safety standards on display.🧐🧐
I enjoyed these skilled workers and their ingenuity.
thanku soo much for your loving comment
This is at a high cost to their health and environment. Rewatch. I saw missing fingers, toes, a right hand and probably a lot of non noticeable health issues from these workers being despite to feed their families.
They need to put a safety cage around the huge wheel spinning before someones head or limbs get ripped off
They have wonderful machinery. They need a simple conveyor to load this hopper. Would be very helpful and inexpensive.
That would be cool!
👍👌💪
"Health and safe- sa- safetee? I dunno, what is that, some sort of Doctor qualification? I melt metal not fix bones"...
Joking aside, my God bless these guys and keep them safe
I just saw a guy in person today using a hammer! Small world..
Thanks for sharing it’s amazing watching these videos of just how things get made, I never realized how the process was until I saw it.
Glad you enjoyed it!
and you wonder where all those microplastics come from....
who build all the mashines 50 years ago?
50? You must be talking about the new equipment, most of that stuff looks like western rejects from the 30s, maaaaaybe the 40s
19:02 I wonder where his hand went?
he lost his hand when he was new in factory
It went looking for safety equipment
Molten metal and flip flops, what could possibly go wrong.
Excelente!
I can turn these videos on and fall asleep so easily. No windows either. Wonder if these folks are incarcerated?!
Thank You you work so hard
So nice of you
What me amazes the most is that safety is not of any issue...
But there's one guy with no right hand and another missing toes, and who knows about the less obvious.
Pleased to watch these tenacious workers. Awareness on safety is severely ignored by the bosses.
Poor guys. I hope some day soon the relevant ministry would look into the safety affairs of these workers on all of the industries.
In other parts of the world people have lengthy meetings on how to perform a certain job safely and it will require Methods of Work Statements and Job Hazard Analysis both has to be approved prior to commencing any works.
Then finally on the day the job is being performed around half dozen people watch two or three guys performing that job.
This is child labor shouldn't even be in there. They ought to find out where this place is and go find them for using child slave labor
what????? and take away all them fat cat owners money never happen
@ 17:30....Don't get caught in the rollers....meh
So many osha violations 😅😂😂😅😅
OSHA is for civilized countries
The first factory looks like it was built at the turn of the 19th century and they still have the same safety standards.
These people live in the 19th century. What you need is a former English colony, all the resources of which were previously transferred to the metropolis.
You can tell safety is not Paramount
