I feel like the nature footage is iconic to your voice. As everyone else, you can add a screenshot of whatever youre talking about when necessary on top of that
I agree with Cloudy with using screenshots and proof, but I think your series could very well work podcast style with little visuals. Especially since this seems like a series people are gonna draw to.
If you don’t want to use Spindlehorse’s work in the background here are some alternatives I can suggest: you can do a speed-paint like your last video, other cartoons/shows you like as a background, video games of your choice, or animal documentary. Either way, just remember to show screenshots/evidence on screen and read them out loud.
use more animal clips. animals. a n i m a l s . always. foxes and coyotes and such. also gameplay works too, i'd watch stardew, fallout, or spore :) screenshots whenever you can tho
More seals sire!!! I’ve watched both videos, and I love the animals, more seals would appeal to the autistic aura. Love your commentary, the rambling is pretty neat, like listening to an infodump.
Seconding BeansRiceCornandSpice as well as Cloudy. I think you can keep it very simple, you don't even need a background at all outside of maybe just a very plain picture that features your channel's icon or logo if you have one, and then just toss up screenshots and evidence of the subjects you're talking about at their specific points. I don't think you need to go all out for this, a podcast-like set-up feels better for this, especially if it's coming in 15 parts. Easier on you, and we're getting all the information you have on offer alone with visual evidence or data.

I think stock footage would probably be the easiest, since you wouldn't need to capture gameplay on top of doing everything else.
Very good idea

Maybe screenshots of what you’re talking about in the video, whatever shots you think matches the different parts of the audio

I'm so glad the nature footage stayed.🤣💕💕💕

You should put a stock image of a cat, that starts out like far away and becomes slightly closer. I like that. Also I like sims 4 idea
Maybe make the cat image see through and put it over the sims. I'm not an editor if you haven't guessed
Here's from my sibling: put Sims 4 footage but cat image slowly appears overtaking the screen. That would be silly
