    I highly recommend Sichuan hot pot. You boil the premade spicy block with water & optional chicken powder) in the jet boil and treat it like fondue. Dipping in the ingredients you choose meat, (thin sliced game, beef or pork), quick cooking vegetables (peppers, celery, green onion) You can also add a few small baby potatoes or other long cooking vegetables at the beginning and wait until they are cooked to start dipping in the quick cooking ingredients. Eat with ramen or rice, the hot pot makes a great topping for either.
    A second suggestion would be a Thai curry. Bring the curry paste of your choice, a little coconut oil and dried coconut milk and the ,meat, fish or seafood and vegetables of your choice. Green curry walleye with sweet peppers & green onions on rice makes a great shore lunch. Massaman curry paste with venison, potatoes and peanuts is also great.
