I don't know when this game released, but I was around age 7 when I was playing this game on my PS1. I could never beat Cortex so I had to call my friend to come to my house and beat him for me. I'm now 18 so I'll tell you that seeing this video brings so much memories.
1. Tiny: Colosseum in Rome- the late 2nd century AD (around the time of "Gladiator", a few centuries after God of War 3, less than a hundred years before Okami, and a thousand years before Assassin's Creed), commanding Christian-eating lions (he's probably an anti-theist). 2. Dingodile: Ice Age- 10,000 BC (around the time of Far Cry Primal, and "10,000 BC"), seems to be impervious to the harsh cold, about to BBQ a poor penguin (what a douchebag). 3. N.Tropy: Nexus of Time- Has access to literally any period in history (seems to favor Chinese/Japanese culture and takes on an Arabic appearance). 4. N.Gin: The Moon- The near-to-far future (after 2001 A Space Odyssey and sometime before Mass Effect series). 5. Cortex: Time Machine Core- 1998 (the year of GTA Liberty City Stories, and the Golden Age of PlayStation in general, and the highlight of the Attitude Era, merely being used by Uka Uka, yet remains Crash's unrelenting nemesis. Needs to retire to Myrtle Beach SC with a nice big Kahlua and have a woman with nice big boobs and ice for his head.
Crash 3 was really a breakthrough in platforming bosses. The building up of the boss fights via Time Twister messages and all the threats and insults to the player made it all the more satisfying to take these bosses on.
My god... I just realized that Crash Bandicoot was the very first series I ever played, Such vivid memories of playing these games when I was only 5. Now I'm nearly 19.
Just bought Crash 4 today. Re-watch this for nostalgia of my childhood with PS2. I'm 30 already. Now realizing these boss fights are really cool. The music and sound!
It's interesting that Cortex's health bar is the only one in the entire game that is in the lower left of the screen. Every other boss has theirs in the upper left area.
The most predictable is Tiny, The less is Tropy The most charismatic is Dingodile One who has the best music is Dingodile The most funniest Tropy, the less Tiny. The best intro is Dingodile The best Arena is Tropy.
Dall'agnol Aymeric 6 years late on this but tbh n.gin and Cortex had better themes and the best arena is by far n.gin, it’s not even an arena it’s literally in space above the moon.
It's actually N.Trophy lol sorry. But the name is a pun based off the word Entropy. In thermodynamics it's the measure of disorder and randomness in a system.
As easy as it is, Tiny's fight is so unbelievably hype. Seeing the lions roar while they come at you as Tiny himself shakes his trident up and down all while the music kicks up just makes you go like "YEAAAAH! COME AT ME RIGHT NOW!".
In the Dingodile fight, you don't need the double-jump ability to jump over the spiky-things; you can actually crouch, jump and spin in the air (for extra height) to get over them.
I was never born before 2009 so I never got to experience this kinda gaming. Not until they released a port to PS3!! I was so happy. This just reminds me of the fun, frustration and nostalgia. Thank you.
This boss was my favourite, and inspired my love for the roman era. I'm going on to university studying classical civilisation. Crash was my childhood.
Looking back at this, how was the N.Gin boss fight NOT saved for the final boss? It's got two stages, and by far the most health, and was the most fun to do.
God this brings back memories. These bosses gave me hell, especially Dingodile oddly. Its funny, though, looking back now and having played through games so, so much harder, I wonder if I went back what it'd be like to play 'em again. Some of the levels in these games were tough as nails, but having played through games like the Souls' series more times then I care to mention, I wonder... Smough and Ornstien ain't got nothing on you, DD.
N Gin in Crash Bandicoot Warped is the mine favourite boss. I remember how hard was to beat him when I was a kid. Today as a 27 years old I know that this time off happines will never come back but I hope i will bring joy in life of my kid who will be born soon. Wish me luck and if you read this comment God bless you.
Yea,i just remeberd him watching this,he is also my favorite ;),when i was like 4 year old,i play this level all day,and even i have the mask of him. he is the BEST!
That punch sound effect at 1:48 was soo satisfying to listen to. Best moment, when you land a hit on the bosses. Specially on Dr. Cortex and Tiny the Tiger. Mario and Sonic didn't had those satisfying sounds when they hit the bosses.
Crash and Spyro both fell apart after they were sold to Activision. Their games aren't nearly as good as the ps1 games. And those assholes won't them be in PlayStation All-Stars
*From all those five enemies, Dingodile was the one I hated most Lol ... he always brained me wit those droppin flames. But I love his threatenin words after being beaten*
Wait in place, watch the shadows as they come around. Run the opposite direction before the one right next to you hits. The rest will continue on and you can follow behind, only ever having to dodge once each time. The doubles are the easiest with this method. Dingodiles third wave of crystal breaking blasts always gets me with the timing, I fail to dodge damn near every time.
Crash Bandicoot always reminds me of my brothers :> I was 6 when my eldest brother got a playstation, I used to suck so I used to watch them play... Now I own them >:D But anyway, Crash Bandicoot
Holding that wheelie is brutal. Second motorcycle level is quite a bit easier even with the gross turns, since you don't have to hold the wheelie the whole way. I've said "cmon bro I know I didn't touch the edge, seriously?" And restarted to the trial *too* many times.
Yeah I agree I don't know why they dumbed it down it mite have been rushed or to make it easier for people who have never played crash bandicoot before
Dingodile- Laughing Evilly Crash Appears Dingodile- Bring out the butter, gonna put in my TOAST!! Dingodile- You thrashed me, mate. No worries, but you'll soon be up against much worse. N Trophy- Now you're on my time, you little skunk! GIVE ME THE CRYSTALS! My time is up, but yours soon will be too. N Gin- PREPARE TO BE PULVERIZED, BANDICOOT!! LOUD LARGE EXPLOSIONS N GIN- AAAAAHHHH!!!!! NOT AGAIN!!!! NEO CORTEX GROANS ANGRILY UKA UKA- CRASH BANDICOOT, FOR THE LAST TIME, GIVE THE CRYSTALS TO ME!!! Final battle theme playing Uka Uka vs. Aku Aku and Crash vs. Neo Cortex
When I was little, I used to always think Crash's name was Naughty Dog! I mean, the way they presented themselves would have got any kid thinking that xD To top it off, he does look a bit the part... hahaha
I've played every crash game but I honestly didn't even know this one existed until about 2 weeks ago wtf, I still have my old ps2 might have to get this game and spend a few hours completing it
lol nope thats impossible playstation patched it back in 2005 using the memory configuration which transports all CDs with different internal drives in the PS2 so whatever program you use to play ps1 games or use anything to play them the ps2 will show "Invalid Disc Format". BOOM! there you go "Smart Ass".
It's really not impossible because I was doing it the other week round my birds house, you're actually quite thick or you're young to not be alive before 2005, cause I have 2 ps2's that work for ps2 games and my girlfriend has another at hers that works perfectly fine too, had the consoles before the patch that I've never heard of and I dont think anyone come round to fuck with my consoles. Just buy an older PS2 saves you being a nerd doing pointless shit like changing the chips
0:00 Tiny Tiger : Three Healthbars Super Power : Super Charged Body Slam 1:13 Dingodile : Three Healthbars Super Power : Double Jump 3:18 N. Tropy : Three Healthbars Super Power : Death Tornado Spin 4:53 N. Gin : Five Healthbars (Phase 1) Seven Healthbars (Phase 2) Super Power : Fruit Bazooka 7:22 N. Cortex : Three Healthbars Super Power : Speed Shoes
I'm 23 years old, and I still remember my exact reaction as a child after FINALLY beating N Gin... only to see another huge health bar appear... :O
yep, this game brings back good memories
I don't know when this game released, but I was around age 7 when I was playing this game on my PS1. I could never beat Cortex so I had to call my friend to come to my house and beat him for me. I'm now 18 so I'll tell you that seeing this video brings so much memories.
shokuwarrior This is the most frustrating boss battle I ever played in my life, I still remember the pain
its 1998
1998 (7) 2017 (18).... seems legit
shokuwarrior I feel so bad for you 😅😂🤷🏾♀️
1. Tiny: Colosseum in Rome- the late 2nd century AD (around the time of "Gladiator", a few centuries after God of War 3, less than a hundred years before Okami, and a thousand years before Assassin's Creed), commanding Christian-eating lions (he's probably an anti-theist).

the two periods to which N.Tropy teleports you to are Feudal Japan, and the Sumerian Apogee, in what time periods do they happen?
Crash 3 was really a breakthrough in platforming bosses. The building up of the boss fights via Time Twister messages and all the threats and insults to the player made it all the more satisfying to take these bosses on.
My god... I just realized that Crash Bandicoot was the very first series I ever played, Such vivid memories of playing these games when I was only 5. Now I'm nearly 19.
Now nearly 30, happy saturn return!
do what you want
Loved this game when I was a kid! And I agree that Dingodile was my favorite boss. The nostalgia hit me again recently and now I'm at 80%!
Dingodile was my all time favorite, i even had a toy. =0
Fred Tatasciore voices him currently.
To anyone that can't hear him because of all that noise, "PREPARE TO BE PULVERISED, BANDICOOT!" - N.Gin
Thanks! I never could understand him.
The days where N.Gin was the hardest boss ever...
N Gin was actually one of the easiest in my opinion, cortex was the hardest I thought
I remember when I was playing against N. Gin it took me almost forever to beat him lol
Agree he was so hard to beat N. Gin
Easiest by far. Cortex and Doctor Nefarius in my book
yeah
Best Crash by far !! I remember all the warp zones, all the awsome bossses, the thematic stages...
gotta love it
Can't wait to get my hands on the remastered version!
N. Gin seemed to be the hardest bosses in 2 and 3, but in Twinsanity he is reduce to just a mini boss. Karma.
Berkeley Creager well I think the hardest in 2 was Tiny
@@federicopaoli1700 Not really.
Federico Paoli definitely not, it was n.gin by far.
Just bought Crash 4 today. Re-watch this for nostalgia of my childhood with PS2. I'm 30 already. Now realizing these boss fights are really cool. The music and sound!
I don't know why, but Cortex's health bar sprite has some symbolism that shouldn't be there, yet I feel there is.
3 hits, 3rd game, I see what you mean
CountessGardevoir indeed
CountessGardevoir
Yeah, they predicted Half Life 3!
It's interesting that Cortex's health bar is the only one in the entire game that is in the lower left of the screen. Every other boss has theirs in the upper left area.
The most predictable is Tiny, The less is Tropy
The most charismatic is Dingodile
One who has the best music is Dingodile
The most funniest Tropy, the less Tiny.
The best intro is Dingodile
The best Arena is Tropy.
Dall'agnol Aymeric 6 years late on this but tbh n.gin and Cortex had better themes and the best arena is by far n.gin, it’s not even an arena it’s literally in space above the moon.
Women with nice big...
bags of ice.
Kirby Villa Wasn't so obvious when we heard it the first time xD
Dingodiles theme is the best from any crash game
the lions at the tiny boss fights were so intense :D
N.Tropy. Years later I only JUST understand what that name meant lol. What a fitting name for his power.
+IanLEAU What does it mean ''N.Tropy''?
It's actually N.Trophy lol sorry. But the name is a pun based off the word Entropy. In thermodynamics it's the measure of disorder and randomness in a system.
I love it. And also N.Trophy has a steampunk costume :D
it is N. Tropy
goliiad Oh sorry lol Yeah it is, reinforcing the pun too :)
Always loved how the final battle featured the two masks fighting while you hashed it out with Cortex.
Agreed and how in the final phase Uka Uka just has enough and goes straight for you, only for your mask to block his attack
Also, DINGODILE YOU OWE ME SOME TOAST BRO!!!!!
Don't. Please don't do that ever again.
I'll do whatever the hell I want, plus it's practically a pun. Adam Williams
As easy as it is, Tiny's fight is so unbelievably hype. Seeing the lions roar while they come at you as Tiny himself shakes his trident up and down all while the music kicks up just makes you go like "YEAAAAH! COME AT ME RIGHT NOW!".
Crash Bandicoot Boss: I'm gonna rest to regain energies with my defences lowered and in front of Crash Bandicoot
Thank you.
Who else is trying to imagine all of these Remastered?
Porunga crash bandicoot nsane trilogy came out.It is actually true.
thanks to Crash for making my childhood better !
2024 and Crash keeps becoming more badass with each installment in the series.
This boss was my favourite, and inspired my love for the roman era. I'm going on to university studying classical civilisation. Crash was my childhood.
these bosses are improvements to one and two, but still are kind of easy. still fun to fight tho
*OMG ! how beautiful to remember that ! I wish I got back to my childhood s times*
Looking back at this, how was the N.Gin boss fight NOT saved for the final boss? It's got two stages, and by far the most health, and was the most fun to do.

As a kid I had so much trouble with these bosses lol
2:56 Cartoon punch sound effect from X-Men TAS.
3:20 Sound effect from The Pink Panther cartoon.
"Heh heh ha ha!!!! Break out the Butta, gonna make toast!"
I love that the bosses just sound more and more desperate to get the crystals.
Especially n.gin. "Back off......or be DELETED!"
ultrahammerdude2 I also loved how N.TROPY shouts at you.
"GIVE ME THE CRYSTALS!"
+retropirate1 that's my favorite one!
Ahh This and Crash team racing were the games of my childhood I remember those days :) I think im buying this and CTR for psp this christmas
Epic win, i found crash bandicoot warped in good condition at a garage sale
Yea,i just remeberd him watching this,he is also my favorite ;),when i was like 4 year old,i play this level all day,and even i have the mask of him. he is the BEST!
I hate how the remastered ones cut out Dingodile's and N. Gin's dialogue after you defeat them.
I’m not sure about N. Gin, but Dingodile and N. Tropy’s end quotes we’re added in with a patch (at least I heard them from the Switch port I own).
I remember these fights being a lot harder as a kid
first game i got for my playstation.........the memories
1:19 "hey Lucifer"
3:01 "in your face Lucifer"
William Hootkin voice of Dingodlie like Lucifer From The Miracle Maker the story of jesus 2000
OMG didn't get the "woman with nice big...bags of ice" when I was a kid xD xD xD
I noticed games are getting more easier. I almost couldn't pass the Tiny boss battle anymore. Those damn lions.
hum...ok....
I meant:
New videogames (Other platformers) are getting way easier, and when I came back to this game, I almost couldn't beat Tiny.
+Lᴀᴅʏ Pᴀɴᴋ No, but I don't mean all new games. Spelunky is impossible
thats like an indie game, triple A games like this one are now way easier
That punch sound effect at 1:48 was soo satisfying to listen to. Best moment, when you land a hit on the bosses. Specially on Dr. Cortex and Tiny the Tiger. Mario and Sonic didn't had those satisfying sounds when they hit the bosses.
This is the best crash bandicoot game
Hands down
Such a great time in gaming 🧡🎮
This game and crash bandicoot wrath Of Cortex were the two best crash games made!
One of my earliest childhood memories is my dad watching me die to N. Gin for like an hour straight.
you deserve more subscribers
I love going against Dingodile after getting double-jump. You can jump over the spikey things so it takes less than a minute.
Crash and Spyro both fell apart after they were sold to Activision. Their games aren't nearly as good as the ps1 games. And those assholes won't them be in PlayStation All-Stars
I 100% agree.
WookieOwner oh snap that's the reason why they weren't on there?! Freaking shady
Without a doubt
The first 3 Crash games and the first 2 Spyro games were GOLD
@@brandonvacchio7614 What about Spyro 3?
At least they got great remasters.
my childhood :')
best game ever and i still have it for ps1 :D
I remember trying to get Tiny off the edge. :D
Such a good memory watching this
*From all those five enemies, Dingodile was the one I hated most Lol ... he always brained me wit those droppin flames. But I love his threatenin words after being beaten*

C,mon. We all know the real final boss is the platinum relic for hog ride.
Holding that wheelie is brutal. Second motorcycle level is quite a bit easier even with the gross turns, since you don't have to hold the wheelie the whole way. I've said "cmon bro I know I didn't touch the edge, seriously?" And restarted to the trial *too* many times.
At the start he says "break out the butter I'm gonna make TOAST!" Meaning he's going to burn you to a crisp,
Bring me in childhood
us both! exactly the some brother! playing the crash bandicoots from age 5 and im now also 19 :)
know dem good feels. dey good feels.
I love how simplistic these games were. Like when Crash just spin attacks the lions and they fly into the wall and disappear.
I liked when enemies would crash through crates.
The lions glitched out of reality
That N.Gin boss fight kicked my ass for so long. In still disappointed that N.Gin from NST was dumbed down.
Yeah I agree I don't know why they dumbed it down it mite have been rushed or to make it easier for people who have never played crash bandicoot before
i always saw the n. gin boss fights as more of a challenge than the cortex fights
i was 8 years old when this video released
Aha same
your the first one on my list
love the old crash games
Yesterday i was playing this with my brothers and they couldn't beat N.GIN and then i tried and i got it first try. #ProSkills
My Crash games are fairly scratched, but my Spyro games are perfect :P
I beated this game 100 times at 104%,this is my favourite crash bandicoot the irst one after cortex strikes back and CTR.
Crash Bandicoot 3 warped is the first videogame i have ever played.
Oh my god I forgot all about Dingodile, I loved fighting him!!!
I remember spending weeks trying to defeat N-Gin when I can do it first time now XD haha
The most hardest is Cortex the less is Tiny.
The rematch from Crash Bandicoot 2: Tiny vs. Crash.
I LUV this game!! MY FAV GAME AND CRASH GAME EVER!!!!
1:20 dingodile.. the penguin hunter
+the mario cake G'day mate.
Nice
I remember when i was like 4 playing this game whenether I finished the boss I use to do crashes dance like the one at 3:09. AHHH miss dose times :')
I remember as a kid thinking it was so dope that you were avle to get a bazooka haha
In the N. Trophy fight, you just have to jump or double jump and crouch.Don't need to run around to dodge his attacks
The battle with N. Tropy is so funny
Dingodile- Laughing Evilly
Crash Appears
Dingodile- Bring out the butter, gonna put in my TOAST!!
LOUD LARGE EXPLOSIONS
N GIN- AAAAAHHHH!!!!! NOT AGAIN!!!!
NEO CORTEX GROANS ANGRILY
UKA UKA- CRASH BANDICOOT, FOR THE LAST TIME, GIVE THE CRYSTALS TO ME!!!
Final battle theme playing Uka Uka vs. Aku Aku and Crash vs. Neo Cortex
When I was little, I used to always think Crash's name was Naughty Dog! I mean, the way they presented themselves would have got any kid thinking that xD To top it off, he does look a bit the part... hahaha
i remember it was so difficult beating any of the bosses, I barely got pass any of them
n.gin still my favorite boss ever!!!
I've played every crash game but I honestly didn't even know this one existed until about 2 weeks ago wtf, I still have my old ps2 might have to get this game and spend a few hours completing it
Wacky Waving Inflatable Arm Flailing Tube Man Emporium And Warehouse! This is only available on ps1 how can you not know
Well mr smart ass as you're trying to correct me I would expect you're an expert and would know PS1 games can be played on PS2 consoles
lol nope thats impossible playstation patched it back in 2005 using the memory configuration which transports all CDs with different internal drives in the PS2 so whatever program you use to play ps1 games or use anything to play them the ps2 will show "Invalid Disc Format".
BOOM!
there you go "Smart Ass".
and yes im an expert i can remove every chip from my ps2 and place all 17 ps1 chips in my ps2 to make ONLY ps1 games playable thats the only solution.
Couldn't say it any better way.
On the last boss you didn't have to worry about cortex you had to worry about Aku And Uka
My favorite boss is Dingodile
0:00 Tiny Tiger : Three Healthbars
Super Power : Super Charged Body Slam
1:13 Dingodile : Three Healthbars
Super Power : Double Jump
3:18 N. Tropy : Three Healthbars

4:53 N. Gin : Five Healthbars (Phase 1)
Seven Healthbars (Phase 2)

7:22 N. Cortex : Three Healthbars

N Gin was the hardest boss I had faced when I played this game.
cortex : I command you to crush the chosen one!!!!!!!
tiny :Squashing time!!!!!!!!!!
crash:aaahhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!
This game is epic
"Break out the butter, gonna make toast!"
i miss this game
I love the new one so much
Fruit bazooka and that moment when I discoverd that I can shoot to chickens at 1st level :D. I'm sure all of us used to do that.
