He's not just the best character on True Blood. He's the best villain of any movie or TV show EVER. And by villain, there's a double meaning to that word when it comes to Eric Northman. You grow to love him as he shows his humor, his charm and his warm and generous heart underneath his tough Viking exterior. And it's then that you realize that he's a hero and a friend. I absolutely worship Eric.
This was the moment when I realized that Eric Northman is the most badass vampire ever. I never cared for him in season 1, thinking he was acting like a high school goth kid who thought he was cool. Now I watch the show hoping to see more of his awesomeness.
I need to rewatch this. When it first came out I remember Bill being my favourite and not really caring much for Eric, and now I’m eating up all these Eric scenes
They speak Swedish. And the middle of the dialogue Eric says; (I'm just care about him sentences lol) "Men delikata" (But delicious) LORD!! I even hear voice like this! İt's creepy but atractive. Very very atractive. Team Badass! 👊🏻💎😈
from the "teacup humans" remark, to blastoff, this was my fav scene all season...now i'll add it to favs and watch it over and over!! what have you done?? and thanx!! cam
do you notice pam's expression when eric asks sam "can you give me sookie?"?? it's seems like eric has made her a big head about our telepath..and now she is sooooo bored!! really funny!!
"Jag avskyr dem.Dom e korkade." Pam=pure win xD Love that line even if it is with the most terrible accent (I speak swedish as my mother tongue so I know)
@su79er Hes 1000 years old, so I'm sure after all that time of being all-powerful and immortal, you start to see yourself as a god, and above humans, like Russell did.
@Supermanu15 I thought Sophie-Anne was older than Eric. I cannot remember reading what you're stating in the books. I might be wrong. I do remember, however, that Eric doesn't wish to become King, even though he is the oldest and most powerful one of the sheriffs left in Louisiana after the vampire war.
Although I really enjoyed the scene, am I the only one that found the "But Delicious" comment totally creepy. 'Teacup humans' was funny, but the delicious comment was creepy in an icky way. Haven't read the books but don't need Eric feeding on kids.
He’s a cold blooded killer vampire who sees humans as nothing but food, and he has no morality other than that which will keep him out of trouble with the vampire authority. It’s like you making a distinction between eating lamb or mutton - it’s just food.
the only thing i don't get is how the vampires on this show talk like humans are a seperate species altogether unrelated to them like something they didn't evolved from....in the book eric fathered children and in the series he blames russell for killing his family who I assume included his children - yet he referes to children as "teacup humans" and "tiny humans" when he knows children and fathered them!
11 years later but here I am.Yeah that always seemed a major issue to me as well. They act superior to humans, even cognitively, when they are essentially humans who gained superpowers. It’s not like Blade where vampires are actually a different species altogether, and there’s even hierarchies between ‘born/turned’ vampires
"He went on a vacation with Jesus." lmao they're the cutest
😂😂😂
You make me soo happy I never had any of you
Come on pam they are funny humans but miniature.. Teacup humans @@chancebradley6910
I love that right after he calls the kids delicious and starts talking to Sam, he just can't drag his eyes off the teacup humans.
Cause he wanted to eat them lol
"He went on a vacation with Jesus." - LMAO!!! Omg, kids say the funniest things. And Pam's palpable disdain was just icing on the cake.
I love Eric and Pam. Their my favorite characters in season 1-7. I love when they speak Swedish to each other.
Love when Eric ask Sam if he can give him Sookie and Pam rolls her eyes. So glad they kept the fact that Eric could fly in the series.
teacup humans I love it, the best line ever
Vampires dont hurt kids
They are defenseless that why vampires dont hurt them
eric is by far the best charachter in True Blood!!
And that's a fact.
he's amazing.

"You make me so happy I never had any of you" LAMO!

One of the funniest scenes on this show, ever! Love the wink at the end! Also, Coby is adorable.
Arlene's children are so funny!

Eric, Pam, Lafayette and Sophie......my favorites, you gotta luv their sense of humor.....good writing
"Teacup humans", that's classic Eric.
I love the way Eric laughs at 1:55
eric is just so.... I love him
This was the moment when I realized that Eric Northman is the most badass vampire ever. I never cared for him in season 1, thinking he was acting like a high school goth kid who thought he was cool. Now I watch the show hoping to see more of his awesomeness.
Yeah I like.when he stopped dressing like a.gothic kid
Ha the look on Eric's face when he blinks his eyes after Lisa said that Rene hated vampires. He was like "Say whaaat?".
Spin Off: Eric & Bill are left to protect Arlene's Kids while solving mysteries in Bon Temps. This is a new type of family
ew not bill
Pam is SO funny!!! I love her!!
I need to rewatch this. When it first came out I remember Bill being my favourite and not really caring much for Eric, and now I’m eating up all these Eric scenes
Thank you for posting my other favorite Eric scene. You rock!!!
lmao@ pam's eyeroll when he asks if sam can give him sookie.
They speak Swedish. And the middle of the dialogue Eric says; (I'm just care about him sentences lol) "Men delikata" (But delicious)
LORD!! I even hear voice like this! İt's creepy but atractive. Very very atractive.

My favorite Eric scene of all time...as of yet. Mmmm...I'd watch him in anything!
do you notice pam's expression when eric asks sam "can you give me sookie?"?? it's seems like eric has made her a big head about our telepath..and now she is sooooo bored!! really funny!!
He said But Delicious with his goddamn accent and god gives voice, ım went to the hell. Greeting in here.
"Jag avskyr dem.Dom e korkade." Pam=pure win xD Love that line even if it is with the most terrible accent (I speak swedish as my mother tongue so I know)
When my sister saw this she said "Damn Eric took off like NASA"
skip to 1:03 for the bit you're looking for.

Yay! Thank you for putting this up here!
I love Pam lol. It would be funny to watch her babysit :P
I love Arlene's kids and Eric
I've been referring to kids as teacup humans for a decade now.
"WOAH HE CAN FLYY" lol
great scene - the subtitles are a riot
Teacup humans!
I love Pam!
eric and lovayette (or how you spell his name....) are the coolest guys of the show !!
This is the season of course w/ Maryann the Maenad. Arlene was under her spell leaving the kids alone @ times & this was probably one of them.
The description is funny as hell.
Some has the that ability, but other don't.
@su79er

Eric does come across as someone who wants others to think they’re in control
Love it! What language are they speaking?
It's just an ability of their species.Younger vampires can levitate, then glide, and the older ones can fly
Teacup humans
wish there was a bar called fangtasia with vamps, I would so want to be a vampire LOL
oh!! i'm soooo sooory!!
ha, ha, not really, this is my fav scene too!!!
pam is so mean :) but funny
HE CAN FLY BCOZ HIS BADDASS !!
Good-night, tiny humans ;-)
Watching these shows do make you feel sucky for being a regular ole' plain human
LMAO! Lil girl and boy Was funny 👨👸👏
i want a ring tone off the sound of eric flying!
They don't fly they jump
Which language do they speak each other when you have subtitles?
did pam ever meet godric? it doesn't imply that on the show but does it in the books? i just think it would be kind of funny to see that.
Spoiler 4 correction: Although he can transform into a werewolf but he is a shapeshifter just like Sam
I wish that someday I’m just one tenth as much of a Chad as Eric
i call kids teacup humans now! :L
what language are Pam and Eric speaking?
Swedish
i really cant, that all that time, those kids were barefoot. Weird?
y love vampire

What language were they speaking?
Swedish
@camarilasouth
Eric is... Superman? :D

does anyone know what him and pam are speaking?
Swedish

+Laetitia Amandine Girard Swedish, I think. But I'm not sure
Liam Roberts
You’re right it’s Swedish
But Pam’s Swedish is so bad lol. Eric is fluent. 😂😂
Bo Bo that’s because Alexander Skarsgard is A native speaker ;) for someone who is not I think Kristin Bauer did A very good job!
Lafayette.
Umm..okay thank you ^-^
why did Sam bring the kids again?
Vanessa Borges cause Arlene was under a mind control as is the whole town.
1:54 ♥♥♥♥♥♥
