I decided to use "Let's Scrim!" and "Scrim over!" regardless because there wasn't a better phrase to replace it lol.
I decided to see if the bug at 10:20 was just ban charging another ult. Ban initially used ult at 9:47, and it's possible (but highly unlikely) that ban charged another ult in that time, so yea it seems like its a bug.

How Bans ult works, is if he lands a kill with it, it recharges up to 5 times
