Love the Bears, Love the GM, and the Coaches, and this off season has been outstanding, give this team a couple of years to mature, and maybe we take over the Central Division like the 1980's, Caleb will be amazed when Bear fans show up at various stadium sites over the USA, He has a chance to excite an enormous number of LOYAL fans, Make it so!
All you haters never had nor know talent if so you'll understand the need for proper coaching and building around a special skilled player such as Justin Fields who is a complete DAWG and definitely mismanaged by a incompetent organization. Baldy is great. The only reason I can see why teams didn't express interest in Fields was the 5th year option. It complicated matters. Yet, I would say... screw it, trade for him and worry about the 5th year later. I have a feeling this will be a sore subject in a few years with Fields playing in Pitt. If he is going to excel, it will be there.
Justin will play at least 10 games, but he won't start. They'll have packages for him.

The GMs must've had an agreement about Poles and the Bears. It's BS that the Steelers only gave up a 6th, maybe a 4th round pick in next year's draft for Fields. Ppl can say he's not as good as they thought he would be but he's still better than most of these garbage ass backup FA QBs

Agreed. I like JF the FB player, but he had enough time to do more than flash. You don’t pass on a guy that is at the Andrew Luck level for a guy that still couldn’t put it together after three years. I hope that JF does well, but you take the rare QB prospect over the mediocre production with occasional flashes.

To be a playoff team in 2024 Ryan will have to trade Pick1 and get a QB2 at nine or trade down for another profit. Tyson will improve quickly now with Shane Waldron play calling.
Justin lost his last off season training with Chase Claypool.
Ryan Poles and Matt Eberflus dig much deeper in their observations of football players. Bagent is training at a QB school that was recommended by Ryan Poles.
Justin Fields will be a torpedo for Pittsburgh taking that team far.
