      No it is not. But you should be strong. You will be competing with 21 yr olds. You should be fine with that.

      I think it's not too late, I myself started programming a month ago. Firstly, It was like should I do it or not. Now, everyday, I am building on concepts. Using my own problem solving skills. Yesterday, I learned some concepts in python and I was able to answer 5 practice questions within a minute. I think one should be disciplined and show consistency over what you are learning and do as much practice you can and one day it will make sense. By the way procedural programming is way boring you should directly hit OOPs it's fun it's easy and it makes much more sense. whatever language you are learning. Good luck.
