One Park Drive
One Park Drive is the landmark residential tower of Wood Wharf - Canary Wharf’s new district - and AKT II’s first collaboration with Herzog & de Meuron. Sitting on reclaimed land from the historic dock, the building’s distinct form and envelope is derived by the different residential typologies, which spiral along the height to maximise views, resulting in an exceptional addition to London’s skyline.
