- Neighbor Chris Gayton said he saw Xavier Tate Jr., at the Glendale Heights apartment building where Tate was later arrested. Gayton said he spoke to Tate just this week, unaware that Tate was wanted in the murder of Chicago Police Officer Luis Huesca. CBS 2's Jermont Terry reports.
