Very true!! I remained calm, collected, kind and polite during a jury trial and al 12 jurors ruled in my favor. Opposing party tried to argue with my attorney and the judge shut her up. A year later opposing party sued me and requested $200,000 and I will not let that get to me. I will remain calm and professional during the future deposition scheduled for next month.

@@cliffordkelleher0142Good, I sued them twice. Eviction for refusal to pay rent and small claims for damages to property. I was then sued which is when they deposed me. Tenants and their attorney were scolded by judges in all 3 lawsuits.
