there was some change like few months ago that if you have 120+ armor or something you get more defense of something
anyone know what that exacly was?
Currently, the durability and strength of our armor can be ranked on a scale from Pringle to Buff Pringle
Honestly, I like it because we can destroy everything instantly and they can destroy us instantly. Truly we are made out of tinfoil democratic tinfoil, of course
If our armor is going to be trash, then AH should compensate with better and more perks. Might as well let us run faster with heavy, or seriously buff the armor rating of heavy@carlosvicenty-9856
@@lordbeerus462 that is fair
@@lordbeerus462 but honestly, they should make more difficulties before that because the game is already easier than when we were more bulky
@carlosvicenty-9856 That's what I mean, AH keeps nerfing something that seems small at first but affects the players across the board.
They need to think ahead because, as you mentioned, we will get higher difficulties. OG divers has difficulty 15, and without weapon and armor upgrades, we will fall way behind when these difficulties release
Stealth Recognized, Opinion Respected
That’s what I’m talking about
With all the descriptions of the arc resistant armors saying that they're charged with electricity, I wish they let and arc weapons being wielded charge faster. They'd be worth bringing then outside of you just like the look.
They should stun small to medium, entities that melee you when the charge is full and that charge should build up every 15 secs.
Saw someone say they should extend the range of arc weapons. Longer range blitzer or arc thrower would go crazy
How about the armor acts like a antenna that catches friendly fire?
@@IDirtyMangoI That would be cool as well! I'd love to see stalkers get zapped when they get the drop on me.
@@IDirtyMangoIThat is a fantastic idea, very very cool. Wouldn’t even be that strong, but it would feel so satisfying.
Shield generator is so sad. There was only one reason to bring it; protect hellbombs from gunships. But that reason doesn't exist anymore. Shield gen needs massive buff.
The reason now is so you can actually get enough time to aim your anti tank at the bot base machine gun turrets before they blast you to the ground.
It needs s 45s calldown after buffs, and a 45 second unbroken timer.
All it really needs is a much longer duration and far more health, like seriously I feel like the shield generator was made when they only has tier 1 through 5 difficulties added in development and then they forgot about it once 6 through 9 where added becuase with bots as soon as that thing goes up it's obliterated in seconds and just ends up being a wasted stradagem which sucks because it pairs perfect with turrets and mechs, I personally use it like a titan fall drop shield when I call in my mechs
@@anorouch Absolutely. It's duration should definitely match it's cooldown. It's hp is so small that it will virtually never stay it's full duration while actually being fired at, aka being in use. Either 45 sec cooldown and duration or straight up double or even triple of the current capacity + a duration to match the current cd.
@@anorouch nah that’d be busted
I think Stealth armor is all around S+ rank for all factions. You have so much more control over agro on both bots and bugs. As selfish as this sounds, enemies are more likely to target down your squad members in fights and off spawn if you're wearing stealth armor. It also seems like bugs have a harder time finding you again if you are able to break line of sight and run away from a fight. Stealth is just an incredible perk especially since it's available on the best mobility armor too. Yes you'll still get spotted and yes it's useless as soon as you draw agro. But you'll notice a huge difference in the way all enemies behave when you're by yourself or around your teammates. You don't even have to play the "stealthy" way either just play normal. You can get away with some amazing plays though belly crawling around some bots lol. I think you guys will notice you have much more control over the openings of your encounters and feel you have more control on your missions with stealth armor. S+
Padding is actually BETTER now compared to pre patch. As you discovered, due to the damage breakpoints a lot of attacks that took 3 hits to kill you before take 2 now. Padding makes those ones take 3 hits again, and for light and medium armors this is a lot of the common attacks that don't one shot you either way.
Im using padding and get one shot back 2 back
@@TugaTriping most things that one shot do so much damage they one shot no matter what you're wearing. Things that don't one shot you typically also didn't one shot you even on headshots, meaning it was the follow up hit that killed you. The health change that was supposed to make damage less spikey by reducing headshot damage and increasing body and limb damage is a net negative because many things that killed you before with 3 hits or 2 if one was a headshot now kill in 2 to anywhere vs most armors. This is why you feel squishier than before. Extra padding helps you take 3 hits to die a lot more often.
The explosive resistance is all that I run with, before that was the throw increase armor.
Ran both previously, but now addicted to engineering... mostly to have 2 extra thermites. :P
Is explosive resistance better than limb protection?
@@ThePartisan13yes, by a lot.
Me too. I used to run the 200 defense armor against bots, but nowadays I always get one-shot with it by any rocket strider. Rocket near me, get ragdolled against some rock, reinforce. The extra padding against bots lost most of its use-cases; primarily due to impact damage. Explosive resistance helps a lot nowadays: more rockets, rocket striders are the most common enemy on the field, and factory striders and turrets do their part as well.
I really wish for an airbag armor, its passive simply nullifying fall/ragdoll damage, by 90% if not totally.
Would be far better than explosion resistance. Cuz a rocket only dealing 1/10 of your life is nice (genuinely), but then losing the remaining 9/10 from eating grass kinda makes it loose its purpose. If it's anti-explosions, at least make it so we can't be sent flying, as "heavy" armors.
The explosive damage reduction surely saved all of us many more times than not, but I'm also pretty sure that ragdoll deaths from impact took millions of lives.
Gas armor is actually niche. It's great on gas load outs, letting you fight safely in gas clouds, while enemies are rendered mostly helpless, and gas strike has a very short cool down.
gas arnor plus flamethrower is op
@@icebearsans the gas thrower is also pretty good, and even damages titans, but won't cc them. It does seem to have full effect on regular chargers, but haven't tried it on behemoth chargers. Haven't really tried gas on bots, either.
Correction (unfortunately 😔) : It's *only* great on gas loadouts
Democracy Protects perk can save you from direct hits by Cannon Turrets, Eagle 500kg, Devastator rockets, unfortunately AH decided to buff red laser damage and not you get instantly killed by machine guns, and automaton just happens to have so many variety of machine gun units
just use ballastic shield and block 95% of all laser fire. :P
Why the idiot put democracy in wors and not in best tier?
Light gunner for ever vs any faction ❤
True, its my favorite armor to run recoilless rifle with against bugs or bots. It helps with getting into position quickly for precision shots vs tanks, striders, and bile titans.
Was My go to Armor Last patch, with that Commado Helmet with Orange Barrette
Mobility is the key
Enforcer has been my go-to for bots for like 6 months, very slept on set and perfect for bots in so many ways.
Democracy is the only go to fo everything
inflammable is so worth it on fire tornado planets.
I want armor that combines the recoil reduction of engineering kit with the weapon handling of peak physique.
Would make the heavy weapons super fun.
since patch the fortified commando is the only one that feel like an armor
nah, ragdoll danage goes right through it.
Hard to justify anything besides hvy medic, med/hvy throwing, or medium stealth.
I started running inflammable today on Imber and it makes the fire tornadoes so much less annoying. Going to be my go to for any planet with fire tornadoes for now on.
I use inflammable even against bots because I ALWAYS die to fire ragdolling
I think inflammable at 75% is fine if they finally make helmets useful so the flame armor helmets give you the missing 25% resistance. Same with the missing 20% for the gas resistance, and explosive resistance to go down further with the fitting helmets. But then I also want some to give you night vision, some that improve zooming (maybe both these for scout armors), some that highlights enemy’s with an outline and so on. Combine this with being able to change colors and you have a banger update.
This would be amazing.
I’m happy with them not giving total invulnerability on these… just give us more than we currently have. 95% like arc armor would be great. People would still want to pay attention and not stand in it all day, but they would be more inclined to take some damage for a tactical advantage. I’d run it just to get through Imber without dying.
Me running Field Chemist head with Ground Breaker body in every mission for the Krieg drip
B 24 Enforce was always my go to armor until i started noticing you would mostly die from the impact and not the explosion. sadface.
Enforcer is my current go to armor set across the board.
It’s such a nice in-between of medium and heavy armour
Hard to beat it
It's too slow for me, I really wanted to like it
30% of useless anything what u never use in helldivers = go to??
The only go to is democracy protects
Something worth noting about the fire resistant armours is that it also reduces the DoT duration on fire to about a second or so, so you don't actually have to dive to put yourself out and potentially end up ragdolling yourself on a rock or a steep incline. Also, heavier armours for builds that use flamethrower/torcher/sterilizer benefit more from the higher armour since you're going to be slowed to a crawl while holding down M1 anyway, might as well make yourself able to facetank a little bit more while you're hosing things down.
As an enjoyer of the heavier guns, I can't get off of Peak Physique ever since it got fixed, and switching away from it would probably mess my aim now that I've gotten the muscle memory in at this point, and it's the same reason why i won't ever use Servo-Assisted.
Yeah Im completely addicted to peak physique
Tbh most heavy weapon feels better with the 30% reduced recoil perk (+ it come with a second perk for some reason), the only times i've seen peak physique make a noticeable diff was for the flamethrower, hmg & those 2 explosive primary weapons & even then fast fire rate heavy weapons like the hmg or even the laser cannon feels better with less recoil (even tho laser cannon shouldn't have recoil) than with peak physique.
The bit on explosions for bugs was great to know!
Lol I LOVE my democracy protects armors. I hope we eventually get a light and heavy set with that passive
50% explosive damage resist makes you survive so much of incoming dmg (that would normally one shot you) on both fronts.
@ilovedemocracyy vs bots...not so much.
The rockets mostly do ballistic damage. So unless you get hit directly you probably will be fine...except the ragdoll
@@mcwolves71 rocket striders, barrage tanks and cannons have grazy AoE effect and it’s good to reduce that dmg 50%, but direct hits are going to deal shit ton of damage (you can’t reduce that too much). Yep, ballistic dmg punches hard through your armor.
Impact damage (blasted by AoE and hitting hard surface at fast speed) feels extremely frustrating against bots and I will do anything to reduce it.
I run Kodiak heavy armour which has the +50% explosion resist, and lately my favourite way to play has been with the ballistic shield + crossbow combo, with quasar for heavy units. Makes me feel like a beast when I’m able to hold my ground in the hail of fire from heavy devastators, or draw fire from shredder tanks or factory striders while my team attacks the weakpoints. Still have to be careful with rockets and cannon units, but the blast resist helps
@wumbosaurus9121 that is a useful purpose for explosive resistance. When you are using an explosive weapon it'll reduce how much damage you give yourself 😅
Change nothing on the fact hes an idiot for put democraty in last tier but it must be the only s tier
For a moment i thought i was finally going to get an explanation on what limb health stat does.
Starting with the obvious, your helldiver has a certain number of total health points. A bullet removes a certain amount of points from that total. The amount of points removed depends on where you get shot. Your limbs also have their own hp, if this number is exceeded then the limb will break. The limb health perk increases that number, so your limbs can take more hits before they break. This does not increase the total hp of your helldiver, only their limbs.
Lets say a helldiver has 100 hp with 15 arm hp, as standard.
Another helldiver has the limb health perk, his total hp is still 100 but he has 20 limb health now.
They both get shot in the arm for 18 hp. The no perk diver is reduced to 82 hp and his arm is broken.
The limb perk diver is also reduced to 82 hp but still has 2 hp left in his arm, and it is not broken
Servo was a sleeper for a hugely long time against bots, the Juggernaut armor is my go-to because I can lob a stratagem 75 meters easily - which means I can 380 a base without alerting them. Phenomenal.
... the only thing that I dislike is that I screw up my internal training, i.e. afterwards I cannot use any normal armor without screwing up. I never brought it for this very reason...
I love gas resistance armour, you can literally just gas a place to complete a task and be barely harmed
The Champion of The People armour is absolutely my favorite looking set. Democracy Protects is fantastic and I have survived so many times that honestly it feels like it's a 75% roll for me. It was hard to go away from extra stims at first but as a resupply maxer it's not really much a problem usually
It’s the damage change. It indirectly buffed those armors. More 1 shot coin flips more often than before just results in more chances of it working and you noticing it.
@@Frenchtoastedfruitloopsthat’s why it makes sense.
If you die fast no matter what, may as well take the gamble.
@@Frenchtoastedfruitloops I mean it's always felt like that. I'm a bit of a legend in my friends group for surviving some crazy shit lol
@@manray005 sure nothing has changed about the passive itself, but it definitely has more chance to shine now in each round. More death chances just do that lol
@@Frenchtoastedfruitloops I wasn't debating that. I agree it definitely is even more present now I am just saying it has always been strong. I have been using it for months
The only reason for electrical conduit are friends that go trigger happy with the Blitzer & Arc Thrower. If the whole team wears it and goes trigger happy with Arc weapons and each player brings a tesla tower it's also very funny for eradicate terminid swarm missions.
Yeah but the heavy fire armor looks sick looking like a mando and is the best mech armor by far. So that makes it the best in my book 😂
From a pure statistical point of view Democracy Protects is the best choice *IF* you assume that most of your deaths are one shot kills and are unavoidable, in fact in that case it would be objectively the best. Now I personally as a heavy armor savant have never thought the game was that one-shot-y or that problematic, but if it was and if there are missions/difficulties where you are dying to single attacks that one shot you and you cannot avoid them reasonably as your *main* source of death then it effectively increases your number of lives/spawns by double since half the time you will live when you should've died, so if you assume your whole team had this issue and took that armor you'd expect them to die half as much thus effectively having 50 reinforcements instead of 25.
Keep in mind though that logic is only valid for deaths that are unavoidable, instant kills and if you are always able to heal up after and there's no follow up- so single 'instances' of unavoidable lethal damage. It would be true on average if you stood under a 500kg every time it dropeed for the lols and stimmed right after, for example. In the real game it's likely *way* less effective overall on average and like I said I think with the heavier armors getting one shot is actually pretty rare and most cases can be avoided.
This does mean though that if we get a future boss with insane damage and hard to dodge attacks it will likely be the best armor to fight it with if it's that strong, at least until people figure out how to cheese it and make it easy
Remember that democracy protects can theoretically proc infinitely in a row.
You dont need to heal for it to proc again.
I was once flung in to air by a cannon turret shot that would have killed me, i landed and took damage, got hit by 3 separate red lasers, tanked a devastator rocket and then died because the rocket knocked me on to a rock.
Thats 6/7 coin flips in about 15 seconds.
i know during one of the last updates they made the laser drone a lot more dangerous to use. the thing will literally kill you all the time now and the only solution is fire armor.
I wholeheartedly support that change. Rather than nerfing the laser buddy, they made it even stronger so it’s straight up dangerous to use. It’s the type of balance that makes sense in this game.
It would be like a booster that buffed the damage/range of our hellbombs.
They need to change the armor system so that the stay bonuses are equippable perks. Each of the three armor classes share their own pool of perks. This makes it possible to actually express yourself as a player and would drive sales of cosmetics. Why would I buy a new good looking armor with stats I don't like? Or an ugly armor with stats I do like?
I am a recovering backpack wearing, stim shooting, grenade launcher spamming recovering addict.
I'm a more refined seasoned helldiver, now I mostly run the crossbow and recoilless combo, however I mostly run it with the eradicator light armo, it is the only light armor with fortified perk in the game, and even u know it's light armor, it has prevented a lot of deaths
Then there’s me: uses armor for the drip.
They should honestly just make all the resistance armor passives 100%, complete flame gas or arc resistance would make them a million times better, you'll never have to worry about setting yourself on fire by accident with flame weapons and stradagems and for the ppl that use arc thrower you can slap on the arc resist and basically become a conduit for your arc thrower buddies, gas.. well gas just isn't as deadly as fire of arc so yeah maybe when they start adding more gas related stradagems like an eagle gas strike or an orbital gas barrage them yeah I could see a better use where you could run into a field of gas that has enemies confused and running around and you could just pop them all with no resistance
Gas and arc I agree, I can’t agree with fire. There are just so many sources of fire that I don’t really want immunity to it, just a little more resistance
If the gas resistance perk was 100% and there was a gas version of the orbital napalm strike i would die of happiness...
I can just imagine dropping the barrage on a large bot base or a bug hive and calmly strolling in to the carnage and mopping up all the straglers.
I really like using the HMG against bugs. With the lowest rpm and the fortified or engineering kit armor passives the recoil becomes negligeable and the weapon very fun to use.
I usually use the light gunner but I'm tempted to try prestimming with medic armour and infusion booster. Would let me tank more provided I can predict when shits gonna hit me.
Light Gunner is also the best jet pack armour imo. No compromise to speed while you are effectively on med armour
Idk man, I've been using the gas armor with the gas grenades, gas strike and going in on bug nests while bugs suffocate around me😎🙏
I do that too with the flamethrower and gas on bug breaches, you just have to hope your team mates don’t throw a napalm barrage on top of you, which happens about 90% of the time
i have the enforcer armor but i dont wanna wear it because i don't wanna look like a cop
I would love it if all the elemental resist armours were just a flat 90% resistance, because fire does so much dot in this game
b-24 enforcer chest armor, champion of the people helmet, and bastion of integrity cape is my go to armor. i even use it on bug missions
With how incredibly inconsistent incoming damage and enemy behavior is in this game I feel like rankings regarding armor rating and choosing between light/medium/heavy mostly comes down to the movements speed you want and drip. Like there's times where I get one shot combo'd from full hp wearing medium armor by a hive guard who suddenly got a speed boost so I'm starting to consider making the switch to light armor. Seeing how you get ragdolled 24/7 I think movement speed is king, no matter if bugs/bots and stealth/fight.
I've found the gas armor to be good against the bugs. Specifically if I get surrounded I can spike a gas grenade at my own feet and I'll take considerably less damage from that than the hunter swarm.
With experience I'd been able to reduce the times enemies kill me by half. The problem is my teammates seem to be making up the difference by short throwing barrages or eagles. Democracy Protects has saved me so many times from absentminded players
Thanks for the vid. Straight to the point.
Nah democracy protects is the best on the bot front. Ive had consistent games where i've been hit a direct tank shot and survived, or been ragdolled across the map by multiple rockets and stayed on 1 hp through it all. Best thing about it, is that if flame damage would kill you but the armor stops you from dying, you get extinguished. Which has saved me many times. Never use it for bugs though, they hit too fast, so it wouldnt matter if the first hit is protected. Also doesnt armor stop help you much after 150, or did they change that?
I'm glad you liked the Light Gunner armor ♥️😁
I’ve moved to using the stim suits a lot more on Bots, the chip damage they do now is insane
With how little it takes to kill a helldiver so might the democracy protects armors be S tier. Surving half the time beats dying all the time.
50% of the time, it works everytime 😎
The next two big reworks/rebalance I would love to see for the game is the rewards/currencies and the armor systems. I feel the armors could use a rework to allow for more build crafting and unique builds with the amount of armors they are releasing for the game. Just want to have more synergy between armor, weapons, and stratagems.
С одной стороны это обидно что увеличен урон, с другой стороны это выглядит более реалистично. Тут скорей нужно улучшить саму броню, нежели уменьшать урон наносимый по тебе.
Medium Armor with Gas Resist paired with Vitality Enhancement, still offers 100% resist to gas dmg.
I’m expecting the electrical resistance armor will get its chance when the illuminate come. In hd1 they had mech units that used electric shocks to attack
Almost every bug mission I have been on after the chem warbond I have used the gas strike and gas armor with the flamethrower, and I've thoroughly enjoyed every mission. I would say that is the only time gas armor is useful.
If it had some resistance to bile and acid as well and then it would be a lot better.
I'm honestly fine with flame armor being partial since some enemies do use it. But 75% is low and it should come with another passive probably. Gas and electric absolutely need to be 100% though, and probably have another perk with that
The fact that Thicc put the Advanced filtration armor in "Dog doodoo" tier means he never uses it because tons of people are using Gas Grenades and orbital gas on atleast bugs and this stupid armor has kept me alive from randos. I active swap between the Noxious Ranger and the Heatseeker armors depending on other randos' loadouts when I join a mission. Also the fire resistance doesn't really do much vs the Lasers other than give you an additional second to get out of the way. Laser damage isn't Fire damage, it can just start a fire.
I did use it, and even when the gas warbond dropped I was just using different heavy armor to sit in clouds since they were immune to sterilizer and grenades. It's pretty easy to just stim and run out of gas clouds, like yah if you're low and get hit you'll die, but that's like one thing out of all the negatives.
I've been running enforcer lately. I usually run the tab prototype but the enforcer increases survivability so much I can't justify not using it. Just wish I could color armor so I could match a more appealing helmet with it.
I feel like the arc resistance armor will be really good when the squids eventually come
This was my go to armor since day 1 when I’m going against the boys since I could tank mines/rockets AND I have better mobility
Ive ran into a rut where I don't like any of the armor passives. They just don't appeal anymore. Used to only rock servo assisted, but I used light armor with extra padding and got used to not having as much throwing range quickly, just been bouncing between extra padding and medic armor cause I like using the stim pistol and having the extra heal passive for the teammatesI shoot. Really only thing i want is a peak physique armor that doesn't show skin
“New”
*Most popular medium armor I’ve seen over six months vs botdives*
I believe heavy gas armor is still immune to gas damage with vitality booster. So imo heavy gas armor would be A tier as gas provides insane CC against both factions and you can call gas strike on objective and run straight into it
I really need to try other armors besides Democracy Protects, but that 50% chance feels a lot more like 70%+ at times with how often I'm left with 1 HP from an attack that should have otherwise killed me.
just started a long school break and first time I've played 6 hours in a session. might be a skill issue but I've noticed that 1. we die more easily now, and we die A LOT (about 3/4 of my automaton random games were down to the wire level 8), 2. enemies feel more aggressive, and 3. the patrols and spawns (mostly eradicate) are all jacked up. advice will be appreciated
not long ago i used DP armor on bots and it actually kept my alive... until i lost the coin flip .3 seconds later from another strider because i couldn't stim
@1:05 wtf is with that helmet?

I always use the 200 armour. Against the bugs it helps when i get hit by a charger or the alpha warriors. For speed i use stims and the backpack.
The best armors for bots being the one that lets you throw stratagems from far away and stealth should be telling enough that the new armor system is garbage, sucks that people are accepting of this new patch just because they buffed a bunch of stuff. The devs are misguided and the community immediately starts praising them again and not realizing the game could be so much better by addressing the glaring flaws still present.
I like using light armor on bots as long as it either has explosive resistance, or servo boosted
I wished they would combine the fortified with the extra padding passive into 1 goated set.
I wish extra padding provided some small impact resistance. Even 10-30% would be big.
Enforcer has been good for bots since the armor changes back a few months ago. Plus it’s drippy
The only one I dont agree should be 100% resistance is the fire. Even firefighter uniforms irl don't give 100% resistance. Unless they went full sci-fi and made up some material that was 100% fire resistant. But gas and arc should be 100%. Because those are actually stuff irl that we can be 100% resistant to, with the proper materials. (hazmat suits for gas, and rubber suits for insulation against electricity.)
Tried swapping to light scout armor for bots, havent been able to go back even tho I dont stealth, simply because the freedom of movement and know where the enemies are keeps me alive a lot more than the dmg reduction, not being hit is 100% dmg reduction after all
Im glad fortified commando is getting the recognition ir deserves
You forgot to include the morale buff you get from badass drip.
The reason why electric & gas armor are "bad" is because 1) you usually don't want to be in range of a tesla tower anyway + now it stuns you for some dumb reason 2) because the gas effect is literally ass rn, gas res should be an immunity (unless futur enemy type use acid/gas) & electric res should guarantee that you wouldn't be targeted by tesla when crouching in it's aoe. Also fire res should be 90% res not 100% it would be WAAAAY too op
BTW should medic armor affect allies that you stim ?
I am using the Light Gunner armor (speed + 100 armor) for a long time vs both factions. Heavy Armor is too slow to use, feels horrible to move around. Light armor without the extra padding this patch makes us paper. IMO extra padding is the best perk for armor especially this patch that we take way more damage.
I feel like running Moo Deng armor with jump pack would be really fun (or with armored car AH please give us cars)
Gonna be honest here, do you do the tier list because you wanna accurately give thoughts this way or is it because you want clicks from a tier list? Because this list format sucks and you should just review them properly instead of making redundant tiers for bots and bugs exclusively.
I love the cutting edge armour but i end up never using it because the armour perks are useless.
FINALLY a UA-camr showing how BAD health is in the game. I’m getting burnt out from the bogus “buffDivers” tittle.
If you can handle moving slightly slower the enforcer armor is pretty amazing been one of the main armors I run on both fronts. Its just a do everything armor.
Fortified Commando is my armor, and yet I still get instakilled so often on bots. Use cover? Brother I got ragdolled out of my cover. Use ballistic shield? I just got hit by scout strider rocket and now I'm dead.
Note: I've tried fortified armor. I still get instakilled
What in the world is that helmet?!?….. AND HOW CAN I GET ONE!
It's a mod
Instructions unclear. I've been running Electrical Resistance because it looks cool like I'm Starborn
J/k, I actually run it to chuck Tesla Towers at nests and gaslight my teammates when they die to them
Ive been using the B24 on the bot front since it came out, my beloved.
I wish the deployable shield had no durability and lasted the whole duration, I dont think it would even make it overpowered, just viable as a few shots shot from a factory strider destroys it instantly.
Also when i realised just diving puts fire out ive been dying way less to fire related stuff, its pretty hard to even die to a flame hulk. Also democracy procects is good for the occasional oops i dove on a mine situation.
Have you tried eradicator light armor? Sometimes I take rocket hits and don’t get any damage at all.
Having survived a Hellbomd, Gunship Missile Barrage, and then an Eagle Airstrike all within seconds of eachother, Democracy Protects is S tier for me.
Edit: Where did you get the "Cat ear" Helmet?
counter balanced the limb damage for the headshot damage reduction, but didnt counter balance the... move speed reductions and how theyd feel.... didn't counterbalance the boosters to prevent 20% extra HP being a locked in meta pick.... didnt look at stim animation or the fact its a heal over time and not an instant heal.... all of these things got messed with.
They also made melee feel.... weird. feels like enemies have s or stagger resistance on some of their attacks now. Some melee hits appear to phase through enemies. Also can't hit certain things anymore like bile spewer heads or charger legs. These stealth changes to melee completely botched the way I play this game.... I literally just see people throwing orbital bombardments now.
Peak physique now let's you consistently melee one shot Scavengers now, so clearly it deserves to be S tier.
All the elemental armors should be 100% there's not really a strong argument for why they shouldn't
B24 ENFORCER GANG, B24 ENFORCER GANG YUH YUH
I unironically want cat ears on my helmet
Bro has not seen just how strong Advanced Filtration is if you do a gas build. Inflammable is also good if you lean into the heavy flamer playstyle and hold W into the fire with a supply pack to give you stims
bro has but they nerfed heavy armor making you immune to gas, you can still use the heavy gas armor but overall its very mid, gas doesnt damage you to bad anyway
@@thiccfila I took Pipz’ advice on how to use it. Its effective at clearing nests or eggs if you spam gas and run through it. Very specific play style but fun and makes the armor useful
What about the FS-34 Exterminator ? Is it as good as the B-24 Enforcer against bots? It has the same passive but only 100 armor.
It’s an entirely different weight class. Only armor above 100 gets headshot resistance.
