Black ops 4 is hands down one of my favorite COD's from recent years. My biggest gripe with this game was that it wasn't cross platform man. I was on PC at the launch, and the playerbase died off sooooo fast for blackout and multiplayer, so I never really had a chance to go and play it that much, but from what I did get to play, I loved it.
Multiplayer pros: great gunplay and gun customization, probably the second or third best in the series in my opinion. Manual healing Multiplayer cons: most of the new maps (not the remakes) character customization, STICKERS and EMOTES. Specialists

I personally deleted this game yesterday because I was running out of storage but I still think it was better than almost all the other cods on current gen. The problem was that it didn’t go above and beyond of everyone’s expectations like bo3. For me there’s no reason to play this since I already have bo3 which I think is better than bo4 in every way except they didn’t change their mtx after launch sadly 😔
What I love about BO4 multiplayer is the jumpshoting. The jumpshoting in this game is very nice and high. It is very easy to dodge people easily in this game. Jumpshoting is definitely useful.
This game was a big disappointment for me. It always felt like treyarch kept improving their games every time it was their turn at the plate. WaW was great, but BO1 was better than WaW, then BO2 came out and it was better than BO1, then BO3 came out and it was better than BO2, then BO4 came out, and it was like what the hell happened. Multiplayer was the worst in the treyarch games other than WaW, zombies was bland and the most uninteresting compared to any other treyarch games. And after the monumental success of bo3 zombies, where no brand new map was bad, bo4 was like, let’s take everything people liked about zombies and just fucking ruin it. Also, the game has 8 maps, but half are remakes that are arguably worse than the originals other than like nuke town zombies. If we’re counting remakes than it has less maps than bo1 (9 counting remakes) and bo3 (13 counting remakes). Also the ending of the aether story was diasapointing, not because it was bad or anything, but because aether stopped getting cgi cutscenes, but chaos which most zombie fans don’t give a single shit about got all cgi cutscenes, what a slap in the face. Also they messed up imo the last two aether maps. Victus should’ve been playable in dlc 3, then the finale should’ve been Ultimus and Primis fighting along side each other for one last time. All heart and soul that the aether spent years building throughout the passed black ops games like gobblegums, perks, characters were just lost in this game. And lastly no campaign. Sure the bo3 campaign was hated by the 99.9% of the community. And I might be the only one saying this, but I had more play time in the bo3 campaign than the blackout mode in bo4. The bo3 campaign was the most replayable in terms of gameplay and challenges. I have over two days of play time in the bo3 campaign alone (with another 30 combined in mp and zombies). That campaign had so many collectibles to find, so many outfits to unlock, so many calling cards to earn, accolades to complete, decorations to equip, and cool abilities to try out. Specialists suck in mp, but they work perfectly in a campaign. Blackouts grind was just too insane for any regular person who has any sort of job to even get close to achieving, so it turned me off of it. Plus after another activision lie of characters in blackout being unlocked through CHALLENGES ONLY, but then we’re became micro transactions was a disappointment, battle royale as a genre is becoming tiring to see, so blackout was just not for me. BO4 was the biggest disappointment in Call of duty history. I expect infinity ward games to be bad, but bo4 was below infinity ward games in terms of quality. And it following a giant like bo3. BO4 just never stood a chance, and that’s why it’s the worst call of duty in my opinion.
I don’t think that it’s the worst but I can agree with that we all were super hyped after the bo3 but it is still a great game but not an elite like bo3 or bo2
I really want to reinstall this game because I was semi enjoying myself on it when it came out. It wasn’t until zero came into the game and I got killed 25points off my ac130 by my own attack helicopter. It was at that point I deleted the game and never looked back. The zombies was fun atleast ix was but not enough to keep my attention😂
I honestly really like Bo4 its actually a great COD. My only gripes are No campaign which i didnt. Lack of class set up and some zombie maps were not that good. Multiplayer was decent and blackout was alright

Imo I only liked blackout in bo4. The multiplayer and zombies just felt like they took a step back from bo3. But I respect your opinion
