good video bro, i'm just wondering did you spray on the snake enclosure too? Also others say to avoid eye/mouth/inside chin areas, but how about if the mites are in that areas, will they die too without frontline liquid contact?
Yes I always spray the enclosure :) once it has dried and I’ve let it breathe I add the substrate in. Also soak your animal in lukewarm to warm soapy water (don’t add a lot) but that will help with the mites around the face. From what I understand is yes they will die even if not directly exposed. This is me just speaking from experience because it’s what has worked for me
Hello, I have a young boa weighing maybe 300 grams. I noticed the mites 4 days ago and since then I bathe her every day in lukewarm water and wash the tub with hot water and soap, keep her in an empty tub with a paper towel. I want to start using effipro spray (same composition as frontline). I have a couple of questions, how long should I not give her food after applying the spray and for how many days should I remove the bowl of water from her (by this I mean that she does not accidentally ingest the applied spray orally, i.e. that she dries well)? When should I reapply? How long should I keep it out of the bath when I apply it, i.e. how long does it take for the alcohol smell to evaporate?
I use the product every 3rd day and soaks should be 10-15 minutes, you can feed regularly, leave water only for about an hour and take it out, mites love moisture
Alcohol smell will go away after 24 hours it will be safe for reptile to go back in I have to admit though I leave it very ventilated so I do 12 hours. You can place the snake in a large tote with no substrate.
@@Trinity_ExoticsI know a website that still sells it and is probably the only one to sell it still. I actually have 10 bottles of this on standby to ensure I have some
Thank you 👍
Nice Miky

Hi bro, have you ever heard of a product called Sentry Fiproguard?
Hey bro no I haven’t, is it also a mite killer
Step by step how you used the spray???
I can make a step by step very soon! Stay tuned!
Can’t find this stuff anywhere
I know I recently discovered how difficult it is to find it right now. Veterinarians and clinics might be able to help you I’ve seen some on there
They discontinued this product
