In this video, I showcase all the English voicelines of Ursus General Hellagur, voiced by Paul Herzberg. I quite like this one. It's as old as I expected him to sound, and while the Russian accent is a little rough on some parts, I can tell Paul did his best to bring out Hellagur's character.

About the VA
Paul Herzberg is an Actor and Writer born in 1953 in Cape Town, South Africa. He is best known for The Honorable Woman (2014), Black Earth Rising (2018) and EastEnders (1985). He has been married to Oona Kirsch since 1988. They have two children.
