Touching the record should be done minimally. Try to always use the pitch. If you want to 'nudge' the record a bit if it's falling out of sync hold one finger on the 33 button and then tap the 45 button to give the platter a quick speed up. I think its a good session but in my oppinion looks like if it wasn't enough bass in the table mixer. May be it is necessary a recorder with more sensibility?

I got you buddy. all mixes are live, never mastered. I lack the skillz to do such sorcery. I record, convert to mp3 and then sync with the video.
Please learn to sync correctly it’s not so god with home set up
You become problems when it comes to real gigs with vinyls
