    Top tier talent are free agents by mindset. They will seek out the best systems that support the best opportunities. This is the famed "2%" that the BCG found. This talent can only be attracted and their value fully captured through systems, *not* companies. History shows those firms that capture this 2% is more by luck than by design. Designing better systems is the best way to capture this top 2% of talent consistently over other market based systems.

    At 40:45...drills....I think instincts still matter. When I watch top tier sports where speed of reaction is the difference between the world's best leagues, and the feeder systems. Many very superb athletes skilled and schooled in drills cannot break into the top tier due to ability to anticipate and react. NHL hockey highlights this better than any other league
