Deciding between the Kobra and The Strike, while wearing what are the differences?
These look like less expensive comparing to previous models, but more effective. More asics like I would say :)
Every time I go to a squash shop for a pair of shoes, I want a pair of Salming due to their design. But after I try them on I always go back to asics. And now even design is not that good.
A lot of the time the shoe is out of the frame. I would rather see it from farther away but see the whole shoe or try to be aware when you’re holding it out of frame to the side haha no hate just some feedback for next one. Love your vids 👍🏻
Anybody else miss the bold colorways of the previous iterations? These just look boring and uninspiring to me. I'm sure they are still good shoes but they have definitely lost their previous eye catching appeal.
I do miss those. I think they had success with some white shoes and maybe leaned too far into it. I also think other brands started emulating Salming.
@@squashsource both true. I'm just a little surprised that they don't do one version of each model in a conservative white/black color scheme and then another one that is bright and bold.
Sadly a really conservative colour way. For $180 you would expect a bolder design. Salming will lose out to Asics in a big way if they go down this route for 2023. I don't see any players on court wearing all white, very occasionally black. But that's the joy of squash, you can experiment with colours. We're not playing at Wimbledon 😆
