Day 11 of the 12-Week residential Foundation Course | Group 25.02

🎥 On Thursday 29th August we captured the progress of junior learners who, on that day, were just 11 days into the 12-week residential Foundation Course.
Whilst many of the 16 learners in group 25.02 had previous experience with horses before they arrived at the NHC, some had very limited or no experience riding or caring for horses. Some will naturally progress faster than others and that's absolutely fine, there is no set timeframe for learners to hit milestones, as long as they are working hard, showing commitment and dedication and taking onboard feedback from Training Instructors.
As you will see in this video, the learning process is different for every learner, we all learn at different paces and in different ways. Ultimately, all learners have one thing in common... to be skilled and knowledgeable in the horseracing industry and be ready to gain employment as Racing Grooms 💪
