Whoever suggested these 2 joints for lal maas doesn't have much experience of food in Jaipur. Handi and Nero do not serve authentic lal maas, ask the locals. They are tourist traps like Muhammadi. No true laal maas lover will ever consider Muhammadi Palace for laal maas. As for keema baati...haven't tried the one at Haandi but the ones at Spice Court are exceptional, also you need to add ghee to it to enhance taste and get rid of the dryness. Next time please try and take a poll from locals of the city on where to eat what. Sometimes you get it bang on and sometimes it's the opposite. You rated the Muhammadi "laal maas korma" higher than the one at Haandi as well!! 😀
You guys definitely visit spice court for best keema baati and jungli maas in Jaipur. I have tried at both Handi and Spice court... The one in spice court is best.

Totally misleading if you're in Jaipur. For laal maas or junglee maas, or any Rajasthani non veg, visit Niros or Spice court. There is no such tomatoes added. Its famous ingredient is mathania mirch
