Thank you for bringing a Canadian Halloween video to those in the Southern Hemisphere's bright sun, long days and heat. I once experienced a Canadian Halloween with some young relatives. It felt so magical. You could actually see the lit pumkins before 8pm. It was misty and twilight. It made the plastic decorations look spooky and surreal. Everyone went to so much effort. One house had 3 people dressed as grim reapers standing in a bay window. The stood stock still and looked like dummies. When people approached close enough they would move positions and it freaked us all out. The kids refused to go up to that house. You just can't get that kind of atmosphere here in the bright, hot sun. Good news though, our supermarkets had carving pumkins this year. They were super expensive, but could actually be carved with something smaller than a machete.
I so appreciate your outlook on life and dedication to putting in the extra effort to make everything just a little more magical. The Halloween planner, making every meal a little more special by cutting everything into spooky shapes, planning time to just relax and enjoy with your partner-it’s all very inspiring! Sad the Halloween season is over but excited to bring that kind of energy into slowing down and enjoying the rest of the year 🖤
omgosh the lil mandarin oranges with the cashews were actually so cute, just kinda surprised me because that's something I would never think of :D ooh speaking of Over the Garden Wall, my friends and I have started adding in the pilot for the show "Tome of the Unknown" after watching the series just for a lil more wholesome Halloween goodness! I love watching your Halloween endeavors, I want to try making some Halloween themed foods, definitely want to try the charcuterie board. This year I snatched up that bat wing dish that I’ve wanted since last year, I went to my first Halloween party with my friends, carved my first pumpkin for a contest my job was having, went to my first haunted house, and started watching Buffy which I am totally obsessed with right now. I also have the desire to give out candy for Halloween. Since we live in an apartment building, I made these little Halloween goodie bags, and put one on each door knob for my neighbors
I adore you and all your decorations clothes and crafts. I would LOVE to be your friend and learn from you. I also collect dolls and I’m crafty but I tend to not have the motivation to craft as much as I want anymore. I want to move to Canada one day too it’s been a dream of mine for years now. Your life is my goal lol… oh and I’m also vegan!

November is still spooky season 😉 If i'm honest, I kinda envy how many spooky stuff there is to do/go on your city, cause in mine there is not much. Anyway, that brings me to enjoy a lot your wholesome spooky videos and also think about all i got done anyway: went for a picnic and a walk to the woods with my best goth outfit with my favourite person, we saw a buch of terror movies, we did chocolate apples, i went to a freak show bar on the 31st, we carved pumpkins...and i am trying to still do something now in November (and get a bit the whole year round😂)

ok im only half way through with the video but i CANNOT keep myself together now the kitty photoshoot + end results got me squeakin its so funny to me because two of my cats are also black & white & one of them is like extra "dolly" kinda looking & always looks so good on pictures & the other one is always so lovingly scrunkly looking (to be fair he also has a massive resting bitchface) xddd also lemon is such a baby i swear thats the face of an angel!!! this section of the video made me extra happy tonite 💕💕💕 thank u so much rabbit

On another note, as a person who seems to care a lot about their personal impact - given that you mention cats should be kept indoors, providing inspiring vegan recipes ideas, and promoting ethical fashion (kudos for all that) - I wonder if you are aware of the ethical impact of the cashew industry. It's pretty sad. I don't mean to be judgemental at all! As they make the very valid point in "the good place," we can't be 100% all the time and whatever efforts one can make within their respective capacity is the right amount of effort to make. 🖤
