Charlie's Batch is the best batch of Booker's I've had

I’m in Louisville, KY and I’ve never paid more than $90 for Bookers. I get it at Kroger and I have every release from 2022 and the first 2 of 2023. I know a lot of people take a dump on this whiskey but I like it. And at $90 I’m fine with it.

Definitely a fan of Charlie’s batch, but I love most Bookers. I find that the Bookers box lying on its side makes a great place to store reels of fishing line! Win - Win.

Best Bookers since Lumberyard IMO. Can't believe it's actually $10 cheaper in NJ!
$99 in Oregon and I still think it's too expensive for what it is. Knob Creek single barrels are older and cheaper by almost half.
I also enjoyed the Pinky’s batch but haven’t seen many reviews?
Matt, you're looking good, man! Keep it up. Booker's is $100 to $130 here in No. Calif. and I haven't bought one since it passed $60. Still have some $50 bottles that I stocked up on when they announced that they planned to double the price. BTW, I love that Viski Scotch glass. Better proportioned visually than a Glencairn.

Mixed a fifth of old crow with a shot of e&j red label. Really smoothed it out. Loving it and u can't beat the price

I got the poo on me! If you’re still in Milwaukee, I checked out a couple distilleries by Madison recently, The Dancing Goat and J. Henry. Dancing Goat had an 8 year corn whiskey that was amazing and I got a bottle of the Barrel Proof J. Henry, called the Gingersnap release, and both were amazing! Happy travels!

Love the charlies batch as well, bought quite a few back ups. It was on sale in Canada for 89 Canadian though, a good price for what it is for sure!

I have charlies batch and it is good however I would be just as happy with any knob creek single barrel or Elijah Craig barrel proof

Steer clear of Apprentice Batch. It downright sucks. I don’t know WTF Fred Noe was thinking with that one. YuK! And I really like other Booker’s.
Haha I know most people share your opinion but I actually like that one for being different. …. I have probably 7 opened bookers at the moment and don’t hate any of them they are all just different in their own way.

As to Booker's and Little Book, the boxes they come in are nice room accent pieces, so there's that.

With its nut flavor, it's not going to match with anything other than Beam. KC12, B7 Sib, Bookers 01, & 02, taste the same. 2023-02 was a sugar bomb at first then as a few weeks passed, it became a peanut flavor. Bought a Little Book recently and it's a sugar bomb dusty peanut. I hope it doesn't change to the flat peanut I get with both Bookers 2023, KC12, and B7.
