Meh. They are all about the many choices for fillings. Modern only has three options (one of which is bad) - but the actual pastry is exactly right.
If u can travel Worcester has a bunch of Italian Neighborhoods that have great cannoli options .

Hell yea, Fenway! It’s also the neighborhood closest to the Longwood Medical Area (easy to walk to BIDMC, BWH, or Dana-Farber); so aside from students, Fenway also has plenty of medical professionals. 👍 Been living here for almost two years and absolutely love this neighborhood! Great food, easy grocery spots, and has lots of green space with the Fens parks (fun fact the Fens is larger than Boston Common). 🌳
Yes!! Fenway is a hotspot for medical professionals.. Time Out Market is a great food hall to check out as well!
