Should I stay in south end vs Cambridge?
Both are great neighborhoods/areas! Cambridge is sooo big, so it depends on which area of Cambridge you're considering and your personal needs/lifestyle!
The poor blacks got kicked out of the South end and sent to cities like LOWELL, LYNN, METHUEN, BROCKTON so that the yuppies could move in with their money and keep the welfare people out with their crime......

Wow, 1.4 million for a 2 bedroom! Not for the hoi polloi. Here in Delaware that money will get you a 4000sqf mini mansion on an acre. You may even find an ocean front cottage for around that.
Definitely one of the more expensive areas of Boston! There are other neighborhoods where you can get more for the price

Hell yea, Fenway! It’s also the neighborhood closest to the Longwood Medical Area (easy to walk to BIDMC, BWH, or Dana-Farber); so aside from students, Fenway also has plenty of medical professionals. 👍 Been living here for almost two years and absolutely love this neighborhood! Great food, easy grocery spots, and has lots of green space with the Fens parks (fun fact the Fens is larger than Boston Common). 🌳
Yes!! Fenway is a hotspot for medical professionals.. Time Out Market is a great food hall to check out as well!
No southie, dot, or roxbury? seaport isn’t even a neighborhood, it shares a zip code with southie and doesn’t have a post office, school, or doctors office :/

Meh. They are all about the many choices for fillings. Modern only has three options (one of which is bad) - but the actual pastry is exactly right.
If u can travel Worcester has a bunch of Italian Neighborhoods that have great cannoli options .

If you have large furniture fit for a big home in the suburbs, bear in mind it might not work well in Boston. Much of the housing stock is older with tight stairways and elevators that can’t accommodate large couches and box springs
