I started teaching in November I'm def not the fit girl. I thought people would look at me and not come to my class 2 months later I have a full class every week everyone laughs and smile. But I'm definitely dedicated to losing my weight in a healthy way but all of those negative thoughts you mentioned are every single thought that kept me from signing up an auditioning at local gyms even though I was licensed for over a year. And to be honest some of the gems I knew it was because I am not the fittest person that they didn't choose me even if I was the best dancer

I wish I was in better shape to become an instructor. First, I need to sign up for the classes and get some weight off.

Too old to get the instructors certification and someone teaching in my area.
I started teaching at 45! So what is too old?
My mom is 60 and is a fitness instructor she teaches Zumba and aqua fitness
I’m 70 almost 71. That to me is getting older! 😝
