Honestly I like both versions but this one is definitely a favorite. It's softer instead of sound coming together all at once and gives me a chance to feel like the sun's rays are shining on me (all the pun intended ;) ) It lets me wade int he waters of sound and emotion and wrap myself in it.
The first of your songs that I listened too was the Face my Fears Orchestra and honest to god I thought your intro was part of that song till this day. XD

I remember just watching The Promised Neverland on Crunchyroll because I was bored and it was new with two episodes out already. Little did I know that it was going to be the most heartwarming and thrilling experience I’ve ever had when watching anime.
Honestly I prefer this version by far... With the other version I was thinking that something was missing. It seemed... flat? I don't know... I don't want to appear rude, I *love* what you do, I just thought "well, I can't love every single one of his musics, that's okay" but now I think I was missing the vocals ^^' Here not only is the voice doing justice to the original melody, but it also brings a feeling of "whole" with the accompaniment orchestra behind.... ...Argh, I don't know if it makes sense, I can't find the right words in English but anyway that's very beautiful, both the voice and the arrangement! Here!
sometimes theres beauty in the music being more simple, like pixar music, imagine if that scene in the beginning of up had a whole fucking orchestra in the background, the song is suppose to be a lullaby so its suppose to be soothing and simple and the music is light and soft it does this on purpose so it can emphasize the main vocal melody , it like if a mother was singing to her child when he is falling asleep, not everything needs an orchestra, and sometimes it being more full is a little bit too much
I'm so glad that you uploaded both versions! They're absolutely gorgeous. I've only watched episode 1 of this anime, but the storyline has me interested! (And the music, golly I love this)
