Why oh why does the ingame sales page not have info like which tractors have 4 wheel steering, or which mowers have cross-flow, or which are AWD? Who thought that a lack of info was a good idea? I thought only the JCBs had 4 wheel steering till I got that little red one in a contract randomly. I like the little rigi-track, but it is a bit too small. There's a modded one that has 98hp; and another mod that adds fake fendt electric tractors. The modder changed the engine sound and fuel type in the XML, but didn't mess with the model. So they look identical to the gas variants, even still have the smokestacks. It's also a bit OP, the tractors have a ton of HP. for their price. Still a neat mod though. When I first started playing FS I was shocked at how little horsepower the tractors had. My little Chevy Bolt has more than half the tractors, the Mach E has more than all but the largest ones, and it's a passenger vehicle. Then you get to something like a Rivian that has more than some of the big trucks in the game. I guess IRL it's the wheels and the gearing that make the difference, not just raw horsepower. Neat video.
Ever since FS19 there has been an effect with wide tires to improve traction. If traction is still a problem, you can add front weight and wheel weights. Most of the time traction is not an issue, but if you're running equipment close to HP limit AND on a hilly map, then it can be a problem. If your tractor seems to be having a problem pulling an implement, go to a side view and observe the wheels, if they're spinning, you might be able to fix the issue with more weight (front and back) and more rubber on the ground - if they're not spinning, then the only fix will be more HP (and then maybe weights and rubber), which can be a costly options.
I like the red ones
me too.
I like a good Massey that looks worn

Yes thank you. You explained a lot and helped me out greatly. Again thanks a lot.
Glad to hear it!
from my experience in game the wide tires do tend to make a difference to traction and reduce wheel slippage
Yes I also noticed this, plus a bit more stability like when using front loaders.

@@neilharbott8394 thanks for the explanation
Arthur It gives the customer a option six engine setups from the 90 hp lowest to the 112 hp highest.
Arthur Landini used most for vineyard or Orchard work.
Arhtur rig trac are not sold outside Switzerland.
I just want to add that kilowatt is not torque, it is just another metric for (horse)power. One kilowatt is ~1.34 horsepower.
Methane tractor? Do you fill it up with cows farts?
I mean, pretty much - the Methane is gathered from a manure processing plant.
Then there's me running equipment that requires at least 175 horsepower with a tractor rated for 145
Hard mode life :)
Front wheels off the ground, the only way to live lol
About front loaders?
What about front loaders?
@@Vbluguitar attaching them
Amusingly, there is a large tractor with the front loader in vanilla! The 7R you were looking at, its under the attacher section.
Fendt, shut up, shut up, Fendt. You don't even know what you're talking about, Fendt, Fendt, Fendt. I'm right you are wrong. Fendt, Fendt, Fendt...
lol - fendt much BP?
