The Pella (and it's concepts) are probably some of the best looking ships in sci-fi and that Emancipator is no exception. That is a really good looking ship.

The Garuda is genius and please compliment the designer if you have the time.The railgun turret would be extra cool if it had a duplex lay-out like coaxial railguns of the same caliber on the same platform.

Thanks, appreciate the compliment! If it were at all possible to put more railguns on it, I would :) One of the fun things about this server is how the various constraints require you to make design tradeoffs.

You designed it very logically and I thought from lack of attention that you used a player made turret so that is what it was with the extra railguns. The Garuda has given me inspiration to make my own ship like it, props to Danimal.

@@alphamatte4259 this is my first time attempting a quad core, but in my previous reply to you, i said that the core mods no longer work. I just cant make the ship with the same things without the build world on the discord which i dont have.

This. It was absolutely the best visually out if them all. It used simple shapes create something very coherent.
The design is much better looking than the others because it really leaned into realistic RCS thrusters and greebling being mostly surface features and textures.

I'm enjoying these showcases, if I may make a suggestion going forward. Can you be more aware of the lighting angles when panning around the ships? Sometimes, details are being lost on the dark sides. Again, thank you 😊

I’m on Xbox and m SO jealous of the pc modding capabilities for this game! Also keep up the videos man I’m loving them. I’ve played space engineers for years but only discovered the expanse about a year and a half ago and a few days ago I found your channel. Keep them coming 😊

They are some very awesome ships i think ive seen some of them fly by in ship show. i believe this server has some if not the best ship builders in se. I've been on this server for about a month and its been good fun building ships for this server its a very different build than the base game. And one day i hope to get one of my builds on one these ship shows though i realize that there's sooo many great ships to show every ones ships.
I totally agree the builders are incredible on the server. Best in the community for sure

Someone made a rail gun Gatlin gunship. It was awsome.
Personally think that ship would be a awsome gun pod on a battleship.
We have exclusion zones on our weapons for that reason exactly. All weapons have to be 2 blocks away from another weapon or they turn off. No gunbrick meta on this server lol

I tried to desing my own gunship for hunting pirates. I build it with PDCs only sooo i thought its not too bad. Than I realized i can buy components for one turreted Zakko railgun. That thing took up 2/3 of the entire ship. Sooooo i said to myself "Am I crazy or this thing is tooo small?"... Than i found out you are restricted only by PCU per grid and not PCU per player I was used to.... Sooo i need a bigger boat :D

I love how much at their core, most of these ships are basically painted bricks fighting other bricks. Definitely uninspired, but still cool.
Welcome to space engineers. I will say that these ships are the best looking, actually functional, ships I've ever seen in SE multiplayer.
Most SE multiplayer ships are literally bricks, at least these look good too.
Is there a way to get Just the weapons from the mods list in your own Survival/creative world? The mod says it needs the core mod, i have it installed but it just doesnt show up in the mods list

The weapons are wrapped into the core mod unfortunately. We have a huge mod ecosystem and they all rely on the core mod.
I will be getting into the game when it drops on ps4 and was wondering if you can give any advice on building vertical ships. I have sadly not watched the show yet so have no good references

It’s from the Core mod. All our mods are linked together into just a few mods cause they all rely on eachother.
@@alphamatte4259 The core mod no longer works, the thrusters are from the Aryx-Lynxon Drive Systems.

Had SE for ages and now this makes it worth playing again.
I saw some ship printer in your videos and was wondering if this visible grid pattern is the range of the welders.
How does one make those visible?

Very much active in server. Server got up to 65 people today with 33 on as on of this comment.
We have a mod called “build vision” use crtl + to turn it on. It will show the range of welders on your hud when you select them.

The black on the Garuda suppressed alot of visual features because if it was another lighter color all its glory would be noticed

The skin for the armor on the Garuda comes from one of the DLC packs

Mmmm I disagree. This ship has the least brick ship meta I’ve ever seen.
Is this a good community server for beginners, cause ive never played the game and wouldnt een know what to do and with lesrnin last thing i would need to be constantly "raided"
We've had many beginners start on this server, we have a plugin called the "Quantum Hangar" that allows players to save their ships while they are offline so no one can touch them.
Would the person that made the Emancipator Cruiser be willing to upload a version of that ship onto the Steam Workshop, its truly a work of art and I would love to use that ship.
Hmmm I doubt it. Usually if they want to share it they give me the link to hand out.
@@alphamatte4259 Understandable, Gotta keep yourself ahead in the game etc. Can't wait for more of these videos, hopefully more combat ships that people don't mind uploading to the workshop.. Especially combat ships for newer/mid game players.

Find one that you would like to RP as and reach out. Almost all the factions on server are based in the expanse lore in some way.

Many of these are blueprinted - go search SDX on the workshop and enjoy the 100s of ships made for this server!

Is it possible to get The Garuda Heavy Cruiser? I build my own ship and i need to know how he create this part on the top 6:48. I tried to rebuild it but i couldn´t. It would be a great help to continue building my ship. Can you pls ask the designer? I just need the top not the whole ship. Thanks a lot.
I can ask but I highly doubt it. Opsec is pretty important to that author.
