Chiquis ayuda a tu hermana! Tu siempre haz dicho que amas a tu familia! Y ayundandola a tener un peso saludable, demostraras de verdar cuanto la amas, saca tiempo para hacerlo si se puede...yo tengo a mi hija de 14 anos y tiene sobrepeso tambien.ahorita en 2 meses ya lleva perdido casi 20 lbs con ayuda de un profeasional pero aobretodo con mi apoyo diaria y no es facil eh! Pero se puede cuando realmente se quiere!!!

Alguien debe aconsejar a ésta muchacha a bajar de peso. Ella es bien joven y tiene un futuro. Por su salud sobre todo. El sobrepeso causa diabetes, colesterol alto, alta presión y muchas condiciones más. Caminar ayuda mucho en una máquina de ejercicios y una dieta con un nutricionista ayuda también. Porque es joven y su gordura la hace ver como una señora de 55 años que ya ha parido 3 o 4 hijos y en realidad ella no tiene esa edad. Ayúdenla y acesórenla. Ayúdenla a no comer y comer tanto. Es una chica bonita y alegre.
