Really loved this one! What I think would make it better tho if there is a short and vague description/analysis about each organism (for example how they react to the ARK being around them). Great job still, hope these will lead into a bigger storyline!
Alright, theory time. At 7:27 , a binary thing is being shown. since I'm in mobile, I might edit some text I write here. Getting off topic but anyways, A binary code or whatever is being shown and I translated it using a website that specifically translates binary to text and what did I find? I found _“i cant see”_ . I still don't know what this is supposed to mean but I hope this helps. And also I think this text is probably related to future videos. Well, I've got a two theories judging by the environment and the life forms of the planet. Firstly, Intelligent Life Theory. I'm not a marine biologist so don't take my words too seriously. Judging by how much life there is in these waters and how complex they are, let's say these lifeforms has been around for the timespan of our oceans. If these oceans are as ancient as ours, there has to be some development to intelligence. When the underwater probe descended at a rapid pace, I theorise that these intelligent beings are dragging our probe down to the depths to probably their habitat. Either that are curious about our "alienlike" probe, sentient enough to realize this probe is not a friend or both. Edit to this theory: After seeing the image at the very end of the video, I think my theory is plausible. Second, Past Humans Theory. 7:10 to 7:25 From just this few seconds, a creature looking kind of humanoid (probably just me) and then somehow an eye. I 50% percent sure that the eye that was shown was actually just transmission interference or something. I don't think this theory is even possible but it's fun to imagine about. Too dumb to actually in detail now so long story short, humans long ago attempted to go interstellar, went to this system, ended up crashing to this water world, somehow established a colony there, evolved very fast due to radiation?? I give up but you get the point. right? Just to say, I'm not a theorist. I'm just some average joe that got bored and decided to theorise like some expert professional theorist
If we are taking a realistic fact, i dont think any humanoid liforms could exist in this deep The pressure caused by the water is too Big so i more think that this would take million of year for some species to survive this deep with evolution Because of the water, there is no natural disaster so no extinction so an infinit evolution
@@999zappion I rather agree with humanoid life forms. However, we must not forget that we do not know the gravitational force of this planet, which can greatly influence the density of the water and therefore the pressure. The pressure may be lower than we think. Concerning disasters, there are many other disasters capable of ending life on the planet (such as a gamma ray flare, etc).
@@iamswarm_1691 well in theory they say it’s a habitable planet and because this their first mission in it they had to do it with earth physics so maybe the water is not so pressurized And yes for gamma ray burst and things like yes but they are so rare that even of we include other disaster a planet with so Much water could have lived without extinction
Despite their unusual appearance, the native live of Akunet is very beautiful and full of diversity, however there still some weird thing to point out. 1. Akunet's moons have yet to be photographed. 2. That humanoid looking creature had some drip clothes. 3. Frick the Iris from Gemini, this is the real iris. 4. Im really suprised that the native inhabitants from Hathor did not intervene with this mission... I wish to see more behind the lore of the Hathor System!
The Ark 93 didn’t malfunction, something pulled it down. Also this footage is pretty grainy for something that’s about a century into the future, just a bit of criticism.
@@Alex918YT photos do get distorted as they travel through space, and the images we have are either taken from distance and only actually transmitted a short distance, or taken and transmitted a long distance, but we’ve yet to really send anything completely outside of our solar system yet, and a few minutes of transmission isn’t enough to distort, but a few years, itd take years for these images to reach earth from an exoplanet, and probably 50 years for the craft to even reach the planet, it may be a century into the future but the crafts are already ten to twenty of years old at a minimum
I first learned about this genre of horror yesterday, and this is second, the first it's MagnetoGorsk MES(Ministry of Emergency Situations) Russian VHS horror. 6:12 Doggo? What's a good boy like you doing down there? Deep sea doggo chasing all the fishies. You know, the weirdest thing about this is how... not weirded out I am by the strange pictures. I think its because I'm so used to all the strange things that live so deep down in our world's oceans that everything I see here is like: yep, yep, cool. Oh, a big eyeball? Probably needs to be that big to see so deep down. Oh wait. Oh. Oh wait. Oh no. I think I get it. That presentation wasn't made by humans, was it? It was made by the aliens and sent back to the humans via the transmitter. Neat.
I'm so glad I found your channel. I'm a big fan of analog horror and, even if these aren't as frightening as some others out there, these absolutely nail the atmosphere. Great job
What makes Analog Horror work so well is obviously the visuals and the believability of it all. But to me, the thing that freaks me out the most is always the audio. Creepy audio only adds to how scary the image is. So whether it’s the audio changing or shifting, it always makes it so much scarier. And sometimes the lack of audio where you expect it to be can be even scarier. This video right here is an incredible example of how the audio can make something that’s already scary, even scarier.
Holy shit that eye at the end made me get goosebumps something fierce. The fact it was so human yet so alien is so interesting, I can't wait to see more of the planets, including hom-I mean Hastur.
can you make more of these! man these were truly alien it makes you think "WHAT? THAT WEIRD THING IS A LIVING CREATURE? over and over throughout the video. one of the most unique aliens ive seen. MORE PLEASE!
I’m now interested int the so called Living worlds of Helios... What are they like? What are the unimaginable horrors on Tartarus... I think it’s better that we don’t know
I was impatient to arrive home to see this and I am amazed, great work with everything in this video. I hava a little idea that you may like for future videos, you can put 2 sets of subtitles, one for regular English and another one that includes clues and more elements of this universe. Really glad to have found this channel.
These creatures and flora look like they were made off of Art Breeder. Even though it sometimes has its issues, these look like they were well done and had time put into them. Great job!
Strange. I was less spooked out by this, more curious and interested in exploring further. Hell, I’d volunteer to be one of the first human colonizers of such an ocean world. Then again, the ocean’s abyss isn’t what scares me, it’s seeing the bottom, so perhaps I’m just weird.
i enjoy. now for legitimate critique, this has strong and great potential, some advice i have is minimal considering this is already great; make sure the text and blacked out images or normal images have the film grain and vhs quality applied underneath whatever thing you used. to keep the ocean theme, id attempt to try and replace the human eye with something more close to the ocean theme yet still unease the viewer, maybe a squid or viperfish eye thats edited to vaguely resemble a human's eye? im sure it could work somehow. other than the images and text not fitting the grainy quality, like 98% of this has amazing potential!! keep up the good work :)
I had the same thoughts. The obvious digital content added over the analog filter really took me out of the setting and ended the suspension of disbelief. The sea chihuahua was cool though.
I feel like that was the point of it though. It was so different than any of the other creatures, almost like it too was only a visitor of the water world rather than being native to it.
i had a minecraft world once that i played with my friends on where we just let the water level rise as sort of a fun challenge, but when it reached build limit we just kept playing and found ways of thriving in this new environment, funnily enough, we also called it waterworld
My greatest disappointment with analog and digital horror is how few stories about the deep sea there are in the genres. This is definitely a breath of fresh air. Good job.
I enjoyed this, but some parts of it ended up being (I believe) unintentionally hilarious because of the editing. When it said "It got dark, we need to keep going" informally in a documentary and "Descending... but more" I burst out laughing.
I love the futuristic analog. Reminds me of all the best horror/ thriller/ sci-fi like Andromeda Stain, Alien, 2001: A Space Odyssey, etc. My only complaint/ thing I’m not a fan of is the simple idea that it’s trying to be scary. Obviously that’s apart of horror, but the last image being just a human eye/ a large eye just seemed cliche. Would’ve been much more terrifying if the final picture was something glowing in the deep dark, a distant structure, or a gigantic hole with no end. I also wish there was more story with each picture. It’s nice we see the creatures, but it’s a lot scarier when the creatures see us. Kinda why the humanoid looking creatures are so unsettling. Imagine some form of interaction the creatures could’ve had. I love that some of these videos have a story behind simple screenshots. Much like how Nexpo broke down some of the analog horror and the little details like a font change, or a simple sound.
That's what we get for invading their privacy. Imagine if some alien drone was just hovering outside your window taking pictures of you getting dressed... you'd probably try and destroy it too!

Same here, but I discovered this about 2 days ago.
7:10 to 7:25
From just this few seconds, a creature looking kind of humanoid (probably just me) and then somehow an eye.
If we are taking a realistic fact, i dont think any humanoid liforms could exist in this deep
The pressure caused by the water is too Big so i more think that this would take million of year for some species to survive this deep with evolution
Because of the water, there is no natural disaster so no extinction so an infinit evolution
@@999zappion guess you don't know about permian and devonian extinctions
@@schizophrenic_rambler oh yes
Well in theory we get that by bad Luck sooo
@@999zappion I rather agree with humanoid life forms. However, we must not forget that we do not know the gravitational force of this planet, which can greatly influence the density of the water and therefore the pressure. The pressure may be lower than we think.
Concerning disasters, there are many other disasters capable of ending life on the planet (such as a gamma ray flare, etc).
@@iamswarm_1691 well in theory they say it’s a habitable planet and because this their first mission in it they had to do it with earth physics so maybe the water is not so pressurized
And yes for gamma ray burst and things like yes but they are so rare that even of we include other disaster a planet with so Much water could have lived without extinction
I wish to see more behind the lore of the Hathor System!
well the hathor guys did say there are "unimaginable horrors" here so they'll rather stay away
@@beezmanit2683 "lmao, let them send their cameras into the watery hellhole, they're in for a surprise"
I got chills when the human eye came out of nowhere thousands of meters under the water.
The Ark 93 didn’t malfunction, something pulled it down.
Also this footage is pretty grainy for something that’s about a century into the future, just a bit of criticism.
That Is because Is very hard send the images in the space.
@@JackfrostAtreidesOmegaXZero nah, there’s some pretty high quality footage that has been released by NASA
@@nexway9173 oh, ok.
think a lot of you are ignoring that, you know, *it looks like it’s on a vhs tape*
I first learned about this genre of horror yesterday, and this is second, the first it's MagnetoGorsk MES(Ministry of Emergency Situations)
Russian VHS horror.
It's something like about that videos about be careful in forrest, what should we do if stuck in Elevator, what you must do if house in fire....
But it's about what you should do if you meet..."uncleans".
Different videos about different "uncleans".
Great job
This isn’t necessarily horror but I honestly find it more fascinating to consider what life under a different timeline would be like.
Are you my new analog horror drug, right after Alexkansas, Gemini HE, Martin Walls and Channel59 😍 Love it all the way from Denmark 👏
This video right here is an incredible example of how the audio can make something that’s already scary, even scarier.
wow, the creatures look very alien and the one at 7:08 was very interesting. somekind of humanoid lifeform. great job !
Holy shit that eye at the end made me get goosebumps something fierce. The fact it was so human yet so alien is so interesting, I can't wait to see more of the planets, including hom-I mean Hastur.
Some of these almost seem like they're only pictures of something much, much bigger.....
its even worse when you have thalassaphobia
I love the use of AI generated images for the creatures, because they looked like things I should recognize but still felt wrong.
Loving your work, friend. Keep them coming.
Maybe adding subtitles? MANY people would sure appreciate.
As a long time fan of cosmic horror, this is impressively well done! Looking forward for this series, loving this already
At least *some* of these Horrors would make great Lovecraftian pets!!
can you make more of these! man these were truly alien it makes you think "WHAT? THAT WEIRD THING IS A LIVING CREATURE? over and over throughout the video. one of the most unique aliens ive seen. MORE PLEASE!
The fact that the 24 images are not shown is pretty spooky
I’m now interested int the so called Living worlds of Helios... What are they like? What are the unimaginable horrors on Tartarus... I think it’s better that we don’t know
Using AI generated images to represent unknown sea creatures from another planet is a 10/10 genius execution.
This is just barotrauma
6:09 that's a cute dog
Danger doggo of the depths
oh i’m glad i’m not the only one whose brain went “DOG”
A fucked doggy.
I was impatient to arrive home to see this and I am amazed, great work with everything in this video.
I hava a little idea that you may like for future videos, you can put 2 sets of subtitles, one for regular English and another one that includes clues and more elements of this universe. Really glad to have found this channel.
And spanish, i'm mexican.
And Mexican (I’m Spanish)
This is one of the best analog horror projects. Such good execution
These creatures and flora look like they were made off of Art Breeder. Even though it sometimes has its issues, these look like they were well done and had time put into them. Great job!
that's exactly what they did (they say so in the description.)
Strange. I was less spooked out by this, more curious and interested in exploring further. Hell, I’d volunteer to be one of the first human colonizers of such an ocean world. Then again, the ocean’s abyss isn’t what scares me, it’s seeing the bottom, so perhaps I’m just weird.
6:12 ah yes the dreaded chihuahua fish
Warning: Multiple Leviathan Class Lifeforms Detected. Are you sure whatever you’re doing is worth it?
I love these videos and im so glad i found your channel at its beginning
“Arc 93 enters the midnight zone”
Uh oh sisters!
NEVERMIND IT GETS DEEPER UH OH SISTERS
i enjoy.
now for legitimate critique, this has strong and great potential, some advice i have is minimal considering this is already great; make sure the text and blacked out images or normal images have the film grain and vhs quality applied underneath whatever thing you used.
to keep the ocean theme, id attempt to try and replace the human eye with something more close to the ocean theme yet still unease the viewer, maybe a squid or viperfish eye thats edited to vaguely resemble a human's eye? im sure it could work somehow.
other than the images and text not fitting the grainy quality, like 98% of this has amazing potential!! keep up the good work :)
WHHHHHHOOOOOOPOOOOOOOOO YEH! We are getting a continuation on the planet analog horror
Are we gonna get a video like this for every planet? If so that's awesome! I really want more of this series and it's world building.
I love this channel. I was waiting for the sequel for P L A N E T S for a while. thanks, man.
Can't whait for the vid about the earth like planet.
Okay I saw the thumbnail and I was sure this will be great. And it was
1:04 listen closely and you can hear a voice in the background. From what I hear it goes "I don't know *muffle" For me at least I cant hear the rest
While watching this, the ice in my cup moved and it startled me a bit.
Ah yes, The Infamous Deepsea Chihuahua.
6:09
7:17
What a fancy suit he has
There is a slight upgrade in this, keep it up bro.
6:10 little puppy!
i had a minecraft world once that i played with my friends on where we just let the water level rise as sort of a fun challenge, but when it reached build limit we just kept playing and found ways of thriving in this new environment, funnily enough, we also called it waterworld
3.52 is the strangest to me.. Especially with that human looking mouth.. Terrifying yet intriguing..
Ok the alien sea creatures were cool and intriguing but that thing that lovecraftian human at the depths made me throw my phone across the room.
00:00 to 06:05 strange creatures
06:09 a fucking chihuahua under 8000 meters of water
Cannot wait to see this recapped on Wendigoons channel!
As I suspected, it’s hard to make things any scarier than the things already in our own oceans. They did it, but not by too much.
Dying to learn more about this planet, and the new solar system as a whole
these series are so good and extremely underrated. i enjoy watching these videos and analyze the information i was given
New Subnautica mod looking dope af.
finally somethin otiginal with analog horror, im amazed by this as a marine biology enthusiastic
The binary code after the eye translate to: I can't see
Make of that what you want...
that dog thing scared the fuck outta me and my friend
My greatest disappointment with analog and digital horror is how few stories about the deep sea there are in the genres. This is definitely a breath of fresh air. Good job.
The new Subnautica game is looking good, props to the new team!
Very rarely I have nightmares that inspire me, but this one was beyond that. Keep up the good work
The last "thing" just looks like a jellyfish to me lol
I enjoyed this, but some parts of it ended up being (I believe) unintentionally hilarious because of the editing.
When it said "It got dark, we need to keep going" informally in a documentary and "Descending... but more" I burst out laughing.
Amazing work! I hope Wendigoon covers you too, you deserve the exposure!!
I've said it once and I'll say it again, this is truly incredible work. Beautiful, suspenseful, intriguing. Good stuff my friend
That's what we get for invading their privacy. Imagine if some alien drone was just hovering outside your window taking pictures of you getting dressed... you'd probably try and destroy it too!
