Loved mostly everything about this place but my heart sank when I saw they painted over the teak wood in the traditional Thai house.
I love this one! Thank you again.
Thank you for this content. It’s good to see this very well priced rental.
Our pleasure! And thanks for watching.😊🙏🏻
So many unique and interesting properties all over Thailand done by Thai and farang so Tland is never boring architecturally 🙏🏻👍🏻🇹🇭
More of these videos please!
I love all your videos... When you have anything in Chiangrai .. please post.
Thank you 🙏
You channel has been so helpful with relocation info. My question is: We are interested in renting a house in Chiang Mai, but if we found something we really loved, to stay in it for many years as we are retired and dont want to move every few years. We prefer a house as we want a yard for a garden. Is it difficult to find houses to rent long term or do landlords prefer 1 year leases?
Thanks.
Not difficult at all. 😊
I am single so I prefer condo. Less mosquitoes to deal with.
Would you advise if it’s best to use an agent when looking at property or going direct with the owner ? Thank
Well, the agents don’t cost you anything so I would tell you to try an agent. Homeowners are fine, but it depends on the homeowner. Some are easy to talk to you and are very reasonable and others are the complete opposite.
@@TheNarrowGate thank you 🙏
All of that space alone?!? 😂
Can someone from the USA buy a house there? Do they won the land also?
Home ownership for a foreigner is extremely rare. Most foreigners who do own property are married to a Thai person. A foreigner can own some condos depending on the location.
Little overpriced I think. But beautiful. Just dont know what to do with the other house. And about the gardener, so does he live every day in that tent? Or how does it work? He do gardening around the house or where? Rice fealds? His salary included in the rent and sale price? hmmm . To bad the burning months in Chiang Mai, I hear it was really intense this year. Some or the wors air quality in the world.
LOL. You said it yourself. There's a ton of space there and Its Thailand so you can negotiate that down to about 30k for a long-term stay. Don't forget about that view...
40.000 THB for everyting? All houses?
41,000 and yes. That amount gives you two homes. You can rent one out.
I hope the lady realtor gives you commission for your great effort in walking thru the house...great video, great edit...once leased...she better give you something...otherwise I will not contact her
Actually she does us a favor by letting us video the property. Lots of people want to see Thai homes. She gets exposure and we get new content. Win Win. No money involved. Thank you for watching!
Pretty cool place but I'm concerned about the brown standing water in the yard... 🦟?
