I always enjoy listening to your sermons! I would like to hear a talk about clean and unclean. You may care about it more than anyone I have heard! Such as: why worry about becoming unclean in our daily lives? I have thought about wearing gloves whilst being unclean, but if an unclean object touches a clean object, they are both unclean. So does it matter? It seems like an unclean person should not make food for clean people, because they are then eating something unclean. Does being unclean affect your prayer life? Like, if a mom gave birth to a child, would her prayer life be affected for 40-80 days? Thats a long time! Of course, I am not talking about uncleanliness that comes from sin. On a similar topic (different type of uncleanliness), if an unclean object touches a clean object, they are both unclean. To how many degrees? Are the "clean" foods on charcuterie platters out? Since the pork touches the board and the board touches the cheese? In order to be clean, should we not touch anyone? Most people have likely eaten unclean food that day, or have touched someone menstrating, or... I'll stop rambling. I found your Numbers 19 sermon fascinating, and I have been considering it more. I dont mean to sound legalistic or extreme (though, we are supposed to be extreme for YHVH!), I would like to be more clear on the boundaries and ramifications. Oh! And most importantly, if we are commanded not to touch a Leper, how did Yeshua touch one and still be considered obedient. Yes, he is the son of God, but a law is a law. And he could have healed him without touching him.
