Back in the day my husband wasn't required to wear a mask. He was never told about the dangers of asbestos. I lost him to asbestos poisoning. Stay smart and protect yourself because we love you.
My condolences for your loss. I recall when I was a kid back in the 60's asbestos was everywhere, wrapped on school steam pipes, brake liners of all vehicles back then, and even sold in a box to the public. I wonder how many others passed from asbestos related lung disease, and no one correlated this asbestos substance as disease causing. Of course then D.D.T. was widely used too. Makes you wonder how much we've been exposed to that was toxic and didn't know it.
I work at a nursing home & those adult briefs would definitely be welcome at any nursing home. I wish the people who threw them out would have donated them. I'm glad you came across them & will take them where they're needed! Love your channel!
The pants will be welcomed at any care home you stop by for decabled adults , and elderly and they are so vital to a clean dignified life , thank you for rescuing them , great job Mike 👍

Many years ago I worked for a trash collection company and many times companies would throw away som reall good and new items. One day I asked why the just dont give the items away there reply was because of liability laws. If someone got injured by a product given away the company could be sued...
At 30:20 the thing you are asking about, is a sheetrock banjo. Used to apply tape and mud in one pass. They are ussually aluminum to be lightweight and not rust from the mud in them.
Geesh - these videos are so addictive - I have dumpster dived before, it's just amazing what people throw out. I like the way Mike puts all this stuff on his truck like a puzzle and takes it home to sort it all out in an oddly satisfying way...
That metal thing with the foot petal is a hand sanitizer stand put your big jug of sanitizer step on the petal and voila you don’t have to touch the top of the sanitizer bottle to get sanitizer out ❤️🇨🇦 another great video by Mike the Scavenger

I HATE Drywall work. I am pretty good at it I just hate it. Drywall‘s too heavy to hang FAIC and I get the drywall mud all over me every single time. 😖
Mike your awesome, most people would pass on the diapers. Thanks for donating them. The aluminum tool is a "banjo", used to apply joint compound to paper seam tape and then to drywall joints/seams (pre-pasted) Thanks for the smiles you provide, needed them today. 👊👍✌️🤟🖖 Awoooo Yall 😊
Jeeze, Mike. You're such a goofball! (drippage). I must be a goofball, too, because I laughed heartily at that. I'm so glad you grabbed those donate-ables...super expensive for those that can least afford them. You really made me happy when you put on the mask! This was an especially wonderful video for me today!
There's a lot of things that people need that can be donated, especially the less fortunate. Being that these are hard times for everyone, every little bit helps in the most unusual way. A little bit can make someone's day better. Thank you for helping in any way possible.
Wow, those packages of adult diapers are expensive and my Mom that is 87 is on a very fixed income. She would be so excited to have some free packages. Thank you so much for donating them to folks that need them!
Great job grabbing those disposable undies, nursing homes would take them and if not donate them for Ukraine relief I'm sure you can find some organization that would be glad to accept them for the people who have left or lost everything. You are a great man with such a big heart ❤. This world needs more men like you. Stay safe out there always. I look forward to your videos you make my day.

Hi Mike, here in the UK large charities and individuals who will travel to Ukraine will take all items. So if you find clean clothes, toiletries, toys etc, I am confident that everything will be welcome. We all need to remember that a large percentage of the people left with the clothes on their back and if they were lucky, a suitcase or two. Glad to see you wearing a good mask. You need to stay safe 😷
