it's because the song "broken tooth march" comes from the game "lisa the joyfull" a sequal of "lisa the painfull." the setting is something along the lines of: all human females kickd the bucket spontaniously, and your left in the waistland of society filled with a bunch of mutants thirty someodd years later (not 100% accuret probably, but thats the jist)

I've listened to it like over 1000 times over a few years. I've loved Throne since i got it for free from Epic a few years back. I loved it because of the cute character design for some cahracters on the art, and I love the music. Its so well done tbh. Still havent looped tho, lol. Highest i've gotten to is first level of the Palace.
now all we need is a remix of the char select theme from nuclear throne and all hail the fishmen from lisa the painful with an image of fish over it. someone make this happen please
