Right so I have a few issues I've seen I'm this video as a union member u are aloud to go on strike but what I'm struggling to understand if a driver doesn't want to go on strike and work on the day of the strike why would u stop them taking a bus n bringing it back to the yard Secondly ur striking over pay I understand that but what the public don't realise is that them ur money goes up the fares will go up hoe can u run a bus service like that so yet again I see time again people wasting there time for something they won't get u want a certain percentage of pay rise but the management and union won't agree to it so u have a less then what ur hoping for and when they do agree u won't get it untill April
It's because, as soon as anybody wants to earn a full wage and just £75 a day, they're immediately demonised. I hate it when people strike. selfish bastards.
scab labour , just lower than pond life and I'll bet they have no problem accepting the unoin's pay offer and remember these scabs will be on grossly inflated pay rates while crossing the picket lines@@PanzerFalcon2232
Suppose bus drivers get what they want. Bus fares will have to go up to fund your increased wage. You won't be any better off and you will al be back to striking before you know it. I live in Blackhill, Consett and the only buses that come though this area is the X45 and the 16. We used to have three other services that have been axed over the last few years. On the main road there are only 6 buses a day and three of those are school buses. Not acceptable.
Well complain to your local MP. These Days. Bus companys are just interested in making more money for share holders, and not caring about passengers or empolyees.
@@StationBBLT The MP is a Tory. What is he going to do? This strike should be illegal. Never ending strikes should be illegal. It isn't right what you drivers are doing. You are going to end up putting a lot of people out of a job. Do you know how much a taxi costs? A 13 mile return journey costs £65 a day, nearer to £100 on Sundays or at night.
Unite are paying the drivers £75 a day to strike so I heard.
Taxi firms must be raking it in in increased fares from people who need to get to work.
£70 per day strike pay, stagecoach drivers who are GMB members only £30 per day last year
