India needs more companies like insurance samdhan as insurance frauds by companies are huge as many times the agents dont disclose entire redflags list to customers honestly as they are more concerned about their commissions and targets and regulatory agencies are not focussing a lot on this issue which is immediate need for next few decades atleast and forward...companies and agents need to be made criminally liable to stop these frauds

The problem I feel for this model is everybody wants to go for a coffee, the coffee becomes secondary as it’s usually a place where people can meet talk communicate and enjoy the ambience. The same could work for chai because it’s Rs 10 or Rs 20. But not premium coffee and brand communication will be really tough.
But profit margin is really high

Wow...in the last pitch, Anupam's verdict wasn't accurate! Namita's and Ghazal's verdicts were insanely accurate!!!...insurance-claims will rise and problems along with them...but collecting fees after solution will give rise to bad debts and long cash conversion cycles which will impact cash-flow and at this point we can forget about ROCE... scalability will be slow...only Piyush can help them and I hope this company rises to great heights...

But once this company establishes a reputation among people for resolving cases, it will be able to ask for money upfront and later return it in case the claim isn't resolved.
