@@sakthivel-kg2sk nope.. 1st stage is dehusking and separating fibers. Then the powder like coir is washed using large quantities of fresh water to clean it before drying it. Only after this it is made in to pith. So wet processing is involved in the initial stages.

This results in colour change, affects taste of water from adjutant wells, bore wells. This happens not in 1 or 2 months. It will take at least 6 months. You can also enquire with people living adjutant to coco peat drying areas.
