Perfect instructions. I had to replace two lights in freezing weather. I followed this video and completed the task in very little time at all. Thank you!
Hey there! Thank you for saying such. I have an 07 also. Can you tell me what items you replace and what your mileage is? Are you the first owner? I'm thinking it's time for shicks but don't think I need them but would new ones make a world of difference? What about plugs and wires? I'm under 250k and do t think I've ever done plugs?!
Hey, thank you! That's why I put it out here I am so happy that you found my video helpful! I never could find a video that showed me what I needed. Thanks for watching and you made my day with your comment!
Thanks, that was quick and easy... I bought my FJ on my birthday in 2007...Moonbeam still runs wonderfully, and with the maintenance, she outperforms every one of my husband's Ford F150's...
If you aren't a flight attendant you're missing your calling. You have the perfect voice, tone and demeanor. Whether you're changing a headlight or picking a campsite I expect to hear you say " please turn of any electronic devises and put your seat in the upright position"..

Hey thanks 👍 would you believe today I will be changing those bulbs again... So happy I made this video! I am super happy you found it helpful 😄 and thanks for the love of all my critters.
Thanks one of my lights just went out the other day and I wasn't quite sure how to do this thank you for the guidance the trickiest part is getting those clips back in but it's really a breeze I did it in less than 10 minutes thanks again! Side note: every time I see other FJ cruisers I wave at them to get a thing goin like the vette owners do lol FJ people unite!! Lol
Great video. I replaced my halogens with LEDs this spring and was very happy with them until a snowstorm last week where the headlight lenses froze over and created near zero visibility. I live at high elevation and apparently LED bulbs don’t create enough heat on the lens to melt snow. I had to go back to halogen (which is probably not necessary for most people who live in a milder climate).
😮 wow this is a good share for those who live in colder areas. I have to wonder how the late model vehicles with leds are doing in such conditions. Stay warm😊
Identical to my 07 Tacoma. FYI I've used all three levels of your brand bulbs. All looked great but blew out prematurely. Used the cheapest bulb from O Reilly and not as much light but still going. Hoping to get a FJ soon, like this week soon.
I hope my Sylvania's last! But I saved my receipt because on the back of the package it says they are guaranteed for one year but I hope they last a lot longer good luck to you
@@ernestlessard3656 ok thanks it has 170k think it will still work. Just seen holes in frames back and up by motor.. why can't they recall these. It's going cost to much to fix with still a loan

That's fine, input appreciated. There's a guy your looking for with a two minute video. One minute you see he needs to change the bulb, next he's done. I think Toyota puts out the video. It's useful but didn't show me what I needed to see. Thanks again for watching and commenting on my efforts.

change your trans fluids. And use Toyota or equivalent and problem goes away

So did you do the driver's side? I think the ease is a different story. Unless my 13 is different....
Yes I did replace both sides in this video😊
