Healthy plant’s are really the key to success with any orchid, but especially when we are venturing into new territory ❤ Great looking collection Yoshi 🌸
yo!! Yoshi!! that opening bloom is amazing 😍💥 that color is up my alley, love it! Healthy plant, happy grower and the rest is 'history', well not quite 😉 really appreciate you taking the time to join in, thank you so much 🫶🏼🌸
That dark bloom looks a lot like mine. Great video my friend! Plants are looking content and happy! I’ve found it’s pretty easy to grow these plants as well but I only have two 😂
@@orchidsbythelake with all the plants you care for I’d imagine you have to really like a plant to want to add it to your collection 😉 I’d definitely like more plants but I don’t have the time for more plants so I don’t really buy anything else, if something dies I rarely replace it, although not much has died in the past year 👍🏻
@@orchidsbythelake I know!!! I want to, each week just goes by so fast. I have to take a few minutes soon to at least do an update! The grow room is FULL of blooms!
Nice collection! Those blooms are super cute especially the vinicolor… the eggshell in the summer time comment stuck out to me! Do you pulverize the shells into dust or simply break the eggshells into the medium?
Great video! Great information! But I'm confused. Channels have conflicting information about PPM's. Your also 2nd person said slow release fertilizer. 🤔 I'm so confused. 😂
Me Too, lots of info. My rusty wheels are slowly moving. I'm going to assume everyone uses RO water. Except maybe Hello Plant Lovers?? Not sure if it was him. Here I am collecting rainwater in my little bowls!! 🤪🤪🤪
I am in greenhouse. I don’t water like indoor growers. When I water 1-2 time a week in winter time, I can make fertilizer solution each time. But when I have to water everyday in summer time, I don’t have time to do it. I would rather throw some slow release and just use tap water (faucet) and just done with every morning. It’s contradicting to me when growing season comes, the plants need water and food…. I can provide water easily but not food if I make fertilized water.
I just remembered I forgot to mention in the video… my area has low PPM water… 20-30 PPM. I do use rainwater in winter since I don’t have to water everyday.
Wow. Beautiful orchids.
Thank you!! ☺️
I LOVE the purple 💜 paph!! And mine are growing and doing great!
Paphs should do well under your care!
I agree, when we are fortunate to get a healthy plant, they are pretty forgiving. You have some very lovely ones 👋💝
Thank you!

Thank you! I think two is enough… I wouldn’t have more than two for myself. 😝

@RaeAnn Rees Oh yea more than likely. Your right on that.
