That’s a wonderful and very useful tool. It also comes as part of the full Magnepull kit. Do you ever use that? I find it very handy for dealing with insulated walls.
thanks for the video. just curious you mentioned not drilling blindly but doing through one side of a stud to the other side how does this product help with ensuring nothing on the other side (electrical) etc? I don't see how it does, but since you made that comment I was just wondering
Wonderful product. That is exactly what I need to aid in our network runs. We have a room that requires us to drill down to the lower level and I didn’t want to do so because couldn’t measure it out correctly. This would solve that issue in seconds!
hey thanks for the video! reviews on amazon seem to be super mixed, do you have any feeling for the accuracy? i’m wondering if they’re workable for tasks like blind (ish) drilling up/down into wall cavities where you’ve got to get through the floor and framing with maybe 30mm of play

I’ve used this tool to install surveillance cameras on a two story home and I gotta say, it saved my Ass!!! This tool is everything you say and more.

This tool would detect obstacles, you keep saying, " could be a pipe, electrical circuitry, etc?
It does not detect obstructions.
