Picturing a raining evening. People, traffic lights, neon lights, taillights are all shining with its reflection on the road. And your'e just standing in it. That's why I love my city which happened to share the same name with this song. Thank you guys, This is truly a gift to us.

Sometimes words aren't needed to evoke emotion and this is a perfect example. Glorious.

I just keep coming back to this specific song. Something about just really resonates with me. It feels like a success story to me even though the song doesn't have lyrics.
The build from a calm and collected rhytm that turns into a short few of guitars and piano chords feels like a stumble in the path. As if in the beginning you start and then you fail. The song pulls the same thing again, but now after the break it gets loud and strong into a buildup. It's as if a protagonist in a story learns from his mistakes and grows as a person. And now finally in the breakdown it feels like a montage of all the successes and achievements that the protagonist is able to achieve for his sheer willingness to succeed, and for his willingness to fail and learn from his mistakes.
Overall, this song feels great and authentic; like it could cure ones darkest and miserable thoughts. I know for myself that in some cases this song already has been comforting for me and done that, because of the very emotional wailing and echoeing guitars, the strong bashing drums, the low and down to Earth bass lines (and in the end chords) and the calming piano. It's just so rich in emotion for me.
I guess, if you've made it this far into my comment, I just want to say: failure is not the end and it's ok to fail sometimes if you learn from them. You will prevail, but only if you're strong enough to persevere through the curveballs life throws at you. And this song is a reminder of all of that. It's a reminder that we can all succeceed and win.
So get out there and make things happen! :D

Such a big fan! I wish I could watch them play every song they've ever recorded in this fashion. This was magical.

This is honestly supreme, to hear songs from Wild Light in such a setting, particularly Taipei, thank you 65daysofstatic & Last.fm. I love Last.fm & mourn for the loss of the old school radio feature, but stuff like this… it reminds of the true spirit of my favourite website of all.

I think they are making a conventional soundtrack, and then, splitting it in several pieces, to do a procedural score. Anyway, it will be incredible and unique!

I Knew them because of the early participation of Olafur Oyrnalds on the first albums. If you like the keyboards, you might check him.
