Optimized Goat Hay Feeder Update (NOT COW PROOF!!)

Ima have to figure out how to make this thing cow-proof...or just not allow cows around it... HEY, we know it's been a while, but we'll be sharing more of our ongoing homesteading adventures soon (it's been a crazy time of transition for us)! So, stay tuned ;-)

Goats are notorious for wasting hay, and I've tried just about everything to prevent them from doing this...well, I think I might have finally figured it out B-)
