Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Healing for be yourself

This is a performance of the Crystal Singing Bowl, a healing instrument made from crystal.
In this video, I use four crystal singing bowls for a gentle and simple performance.
When your mind wanders and your head gets jumbled up in everyday life. It may not be "something is missing" but rather "too many things".
Surrender your body and mind to the sounds of the crystal bowl and change your thoughts to something simple: "It's just comfortable. Then, remember what was too much for you and what you can let go of.
I hope this helps you to relax and take a break and get back to the way things are.
