私はヨガを伝える仕事をしています。
今年より、ヨガニードラを仲間とシンギングボウルと共に月イチでいろんな場所で（わたしは愛知県在住です）
ヨガニードラとシンギングボウルのコラボでうたたねヨガと名前をつけて活動しています。
個人的には
以前より音のアタックが優しいクリスタルボウルが好きで良く聞いていました。
これからも楽しく音を感じさせていただきます。
