Something like this would probably help immensely for doing those. Unless you have a big desk or working area, I'd probably recommend the smaller 7" one. The 10" screen is huge.
A nice informative video. I would recommend ditching the "youtube speak". You're not really consistent with it anyway, and when what sounds like your more natural speaking voice slips through, it sounds better.
