Tell you what Chris, Scotty is lucky to have someone as committed to the job as you. Fair play to the other lads who stuck at it with you. Definitely need a sponsor from Makita.
That was one hard struggle Chris! You’re nothing but stubborn when it comes to getting the job done no matter the struggle. Love the video Chris struggler on. 👏👍🇨🇦💕.
Recently found your channel mate, real life in a raw state, no clean workshop with tidy little 13mm bolts.. I think the youngers considering mechanics should watch your channel to see what "real life" is like.. You also show it isn't easy for anyone.. Fooking awesome.. 👍
After watching this video I got rid of my Milwaukee power tools and bought all new Makita equipment. Thanks for the advice Chris! They should sponsor you in my opinion.😊🇨🇦
Now that is a proper struggle Chris! Hope Scotty is paying you well, good to the guys staying with you to make the job a bit easier, you are a legend mate😊👍
An epic struggle there Chris, great to sèe the lads in the yard helping out. Its obvious the mutual respect you have for each other. I hope one of the power tool companies sees fit to sponsor you, or at least send you a load of new kit to ease your struggles.
Make some bloody playlists chris lad, I love a good struggle myself. But its a struggle remembering what videos I've watched (get some numbers on them)
That job looks like the ultimate struggle!! The makers of those machines should sponsor you to give them feedback on what goes wrong and how to make maintaining them less of a struggle.
Great Video Christopher or should I call you Lord Of the Flies 🤣 as a Maintenance Engineer by trade, this struggle really hit home with me. You were all committed to getting this shredder up and running. I have worked in Waste, and we had a very similar one. You had a great team going there. Invest in some quality breaker bars.👍 They will help the struggle. Also go down the tip for some old sofa cushions for your comfort. Also Never put production / downtime in front of yours or others Safety. 👍
Was a Makita man myself Chris but slowly replacing my kit with Milwaukee, better tools by a mile and batteries far superior, they are the sponsors you need 👍👍
All I can say is you are honest and say it how it is 🤣😂🤣😂 companies won't give you stuff to review cos they don't want honest reviews they want reviews that give them big sales 👍 keep being honest 👍👍😂🤣😂
Fair play to the guys staying with you and helping,I realise you couldn't be left alone on site but still good they stayed as many wouldn't,wow just another struggle for you chris and I feel for you every video you do but you are awesome and funny, have a great day🤟💪👍
Fair play to you what a struggle he's lucky to have a guy like you this bloke needs some sponsors but Milwaukee tools is the way forward best all round
Another great video Chris what a struggle!!, I have had a similar struggle with tight damaged bolts in confined spaces and had to resort to a torqe multiplyer to get them undone as there was no leverage due to no space to pull the breaker bar.The damage to your little finger is the same as mine on my right hand and the middle 2 fingers on my left hand i damaged tore the guiders in my hands pulling on cracker/breaker bars and big spanners over the years as a plant mechanic its a painful job.
That was the never ending struggle! I feel for you chris. I can’t believe the machine isn’t built with maintenance in mind. When you said don’t get started on them holes I could feel the anger. Well done for not being beaten - struggle on mush. Dave Birmingham
Bloody hell Chris, they say where there's muck there's money. Hope you charged them double rate for that job. A proper struggle. Keep up the good work grafter !
Looks like frag waste horrible stuff gets stuck all over we had a bearing catch fire on a trommel because of the stuff keep up the good work big up the struggler
what a nightmare job Chris ! you really are a grafter. Nice to have some help on a job like that though, full credit to the lads staying till the bitter end with you. I have a similar issue with my fingers on my left hand. Apparently it is the Ulna nerve trapped in my elbow, just seeing how it goes for now. Keep up the good work with the channel 👍
Crushers, screeners, shredders, balers. All a bastard's bastard sodding nightmare to work on. I didn't envy you on this video. Fair play though, you grafter. 👏👏
When you get to my age your hands will be f….ked just like mine. Bent fingers and arthritis. Look forward to giving up the tools only do odd jobs now at 77. Keep on the good work struggle 👍
you tube just has no idea that this is how real workers talk to each other.. my grandfather who worked for Walkersteel for 40+ years in the garage used to swear and curse like anyone "AT WORK" but he was the kindest well spoken person ever when out and about in normal everyday life, all though he never swore or cursed around women or kids i was about 17 before i heard curse words from him lol.
Thanks for the recommendation to watch Manifest. The wife loves it. From ‘Chilli Jam’ Jeff - you tuber( ex hgv fitter/ technician and lorry driver for over 40 hrs - now a school caretaker 😂)
Tell ya wot Chris your one hard grafter m8 I’m 57 and would rings round half these younguns keep it up m8 love watchin ur vlogs and old rob who works there is a grafter proper old school
We just plasma cut the bolt heads off, get the right tip and it flush cuts the bold head off, you need water to keep the fire away. Or just tighten the bolts until they snap. Hope this helps struggler
Chris ,You Are The Man ,A Bloody Good Show Mate ,Make Sure You Put In A Good Invoice To Scotty ,Double Rate Mate ,Bet Robert,s New Glasses,Don’t Last Long 👍👍👍😂😂😂😂😂😂
I reckon I'd have left off the bottom segments just for the giggles - chances are any shyte that gets bound on the rim would get chucked out as it passed the segmentless bottom. Having the full set leaves the crap nowhere to go except round & round. Weld in a "scraper" at 45 degrees so it cleans the drum just as the drum passes the missing segments section. Design flaw that - the shyte getting in with nowhere to go.
We ended up going out the next day and replaced the pipe. It ended up leaking from the top of the pipe. Got a new one on now aye 😎 the generator is a 50L V16 1250kva beast hehe 😜
i would take the gas axe to that shredder, must be italian built!! that place is definatley a vortex, i can't understand why makita don't sponser you, they certainly get alot of free advertising. great struggle mate.
Working land for oil seed rape today, wet land, farming struggle 😂😂😂😂😂 home now drinking whisky and smoking a nice cigar, GIRRUP SAUSAGE!!!!! Big hugs to you all from the Mad Whisky Drinking Farmer from Durham
I hope your charging a decent hourly rate mate cause you dont half do some graft for these lot, keeping them out the shit and you clearly keep scottys lads well motivated too to keep them on site helping. Bloody brilliant lads top effort that thing looks like a c*nt to work on
Tell you what Chris, Scotty is lucky to have someone as committed to the job as you. Fair play to the other lads who stuck at it with you. Definitely need a sponsor from Makita.
One of the only few channels on UA-cam that keep me watching it. Class as ever
A Patreon account! This job is exactly the right reason for a Patreon account. Never have set one up myself but for you I'd do it, now! 👍👍✌️
I feel exhausted just watching that. The struggle of all struggles,
Always something to do at scotty’s yard.
Nothing better then Sunday afternoon watching a good struggle vid much love from Dorset !!
That was one hard struggle Chris! You’re nothing but stubborn when it comes to getting the job done no matter the struggle. Love the video Chris struggler on. 👏👍🇨🇦💕.

I hope your well paid, that shredder job was a tough one.
I reckon that machine is built in the same factory as they build coaches! They also never put the access holes where they need to be
Fair play to you what a struggle he's lucky to have a guy like you this bloke needs some sponsors but Milwaukee tools is the way forward best all round
All credit to you Chris. Old school graft. You're a top man. But you could have stayed on and repaired the forklift. 😃
